Amazing place. Rooms are huge and decorated with taste and I had room with bath and sunbed on the balcony. The bathroom is huge and has great products from shampoo, conditioner, body milk, etc The bed is just amazing and you will sleep like a baby. The hotel accommodation was just perfect and you have areas where kids are not... More

I spent the first three nights of my fortnight holiday at The Indigo Pearl. In between my travels it was rebranded to The Slate to keep in line with its rich history of the Tin Mining era. I fell in love with the resort so much that I ended up booking a room for the day prior to my departure... More

I went here for my birthday weekend as a solo getaway for some major r&r. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to when I was dropped back it was heaven. It's literally a 5 minute drive from the airport which is ideal- and you can't hear any of the planes at all! The room is unreal... More

It has been some years since we stayed at The slate formerly Indigo pearl so we were keen to see the improvements and we were not disappointed. During our 4 week holiday we stayed here several times, so we got to stay in several rooms, which gives us a unique viewpoint on the services provided at different levels. I truly... More

Dear Zomile, All I can say is wow and thank you for such a beautifully detailed review, and for really going all the way in terms of the lifestyle we are building-towards in our part of the island. And it's interesting that you mentioned the idea of a 'smaller breakfast experience' - let's just say that there will be some... More

From the moment we were collected, to the moment we were dropped back at the airport on departure, each and every moment at this resort was astoundingly spectacular. The staff, the food, the service, the grounds, the rooms... everything was above and beyond our expectations. Without one doubt or hesitation, I would recommend this resort and its location in Phuket... More

Dear Stephanie, We're so happy to hear that your stay was a pleasant one, and will especially share your feedback with all of our staff. We'll certainly look-into the sharpness of our breakfast knives, as we understand how that can be a bit frustrating. Thank you for your review and hope to welcome you back in the near future! Initial disappointment was the hotel room door could be open without security card which was a breach to my family privacy and security. Door was fixed not once but twice along my stay however what drove me angry was the morning breakfast. Along with my baby I ask for a baby seat which was given to me and that's it... More

Dear Joseph, Firstly please accept our sincerest apologies for both your door issues and especially your breakfast experience. Both security and service are of primary concern to us, and it's clear that we had failed to live up to our standards in your case. Please rest assured that, after having been briefed by our F&B Director Khun Yann, we will... More

An excellent resort with 3 swimming pools which 2 of the pools are for adults only. The family pool is great for kids. It is a very convenient resort where there are many restaurants and mini mart nearby, accessible by the back gate which is manned by security. Fantastic breakfast selections at the Tin Mine restaurant. You will definitely enjoy... More

We have visited here 3 times now from Brisbane Australia. Nothing makes me feel more relaxed than walking into this place. The food, the smell and the decor are all incredible!! The pools are wonderful. We loved the family pool as we have two little ones. My 3 year old just wanted to be in there every minute.. Even when... More

My family and I enjoyed this place after SG. The pool villa is amazing and spacious. All staff are very helpful. The Gym is well equipped and the kids enjoyed the Thai boxing lessons. Outside the resort are very nice locations to get a cultural connect. The Double bedroom villas are amazing with great pool and view. 5 mm walk... More

Living in Singapore, we needed a weekend away to a place with more "soul". Thailand is ALWAYS our go to place but Phuket is not our first choice. Last time we went, we wandered in the Nai Yang area and what a good surprise compared to Patong!! Quiet and beautiful. So we chose Nai Yang for our weekend away. I... More
