Nice lodge near where the golden monkeys trekking begins.
It's simple, the staff is friendly and the rooms are huge. Food is ok with a 4 course set menu.
Downside. Rooms are getting old, need some improvements. Drinks are expensive.

Stayed here for 2 nights while doing golden monkeys and gorilla trekking and could not have been more happy. Love that it was a lodge and the rooms open and airy. Even comes with a fireplace which the staff put on early evening for you....More

You can rent gaiters for $5 USD and gloves for $5 USD, or bring your own. Leather work gloves are a good protection from the stinging nettles. I was just there a month ago. You will love the experience!
