Its a lovely country Auberge and the restaurant is a gem. Set in a small, quiet village just outside Dieppe this is a very pleasant place for a break. The restaurant excels, both in terms of service and quality of food. Don't expect simple grills or chips, its really good food cooked beautifully and served with a smile, good value...

The hinterland of Dieppe is lovely and Martin Eglise is no exception. Le Auberge du Clos Normand is an old inn with a stream flowing through the garden. The €38 menu is very good value and with amuse bouches we had 7 courses! The only slightly comments are that my brother's rognons were not as tasty as he expected and...

We stayed in this very pleasant "logis" on two separate occasions during a recent holiday in France. The room was comfortable with a good firm bed and overlooked the charming garden which has a stream running past its far end. The owners have thoughtfully placed comfortable chairs near to the stream and on the first day of our arrival we...

This was the last place we stayed in before returning home and what a fabulous place it is. I was blown away by the location right by the river with tables and chairs dotted around. The rooms are old fashioned in a lovely quirky sort of way but the bathrooms are up to date with the added bonus of bath...

Auberge du Clos Normand is in a typical Normandy building, close to a charming river. Very clean rooms, quite in the country side with a large nice garden. Very welcoming owners. Great food in the restaurant. Well stuffed breakfast buffet with fresh products. The decoration of the rooms isa little bit overdone, too cosy with lots of small objects.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable one night stay here. The garden with its fast flowing stream is very attractive. The food, as previous visitors have mentioned, is very good. It is always a good recommendation when you see local people also dining in the restaurant. I have two points for visitors to note. Two or three bedrooms are...

The property is lovely and is set in pleasant gardens with a stream running along one side. Having checked into our large and comfortable rooms, we enjoyed drinks in the garden for much of the afternoon! Dinner was excellent. Well-prepared food and a good range of wine. Breakfast on the following day was very good. The only slight negatives we...

We stayed here with friends over the Easter weekend. The hotel is absolutely delightful. It is in a very small village but it only around 6km from Dieppe and right in the middle of the lovely Normandy countryside, ideal for touring. The hotel has loads of charm and is set in lovely gardens right on the river. Our room was...

It was our first time in this hotel. The quality of diner and breakfast is very good. It is situated in a quit surrounding with a nice garden. The outside of the hotel building itself could do with some new painting. The rooms are comfortable but we have a little remark concerning the beds. We stayed in a room with...

We stayed here on Sunday night. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room by a very pleasant lady. The €75 room was large, comfortable and warm and looked out over the attractive garden. It was good to find a kettle and tea and coffee in the room (usually not provided in French hotels), but no milk. WiFi worked...
