Auberge du Clos Normand is in a typical Normandy building, close to a charming river. Very clean rooms, quite in the country side with a large nice garden. Very welcoming owners. Great food in the restaurant. Well stuffed breakfast buffet with fresh products. The decoration of the rooms isa little bit overdone, too cosy with lots of small objects.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable one night stay here. The garden with its fast flowing stream is very attractive. The food, as previous visitors have mentioned, is very good. It is always a good recommendation when you see local people also dining in the restaurant. I have two points for visitors to note. Two or three bedrooms are... More

The property is lovely and is set in pleasant gardens with a stream running along one side. Having checked into our large and comfortable rooms, we enjoyed drinks in the garden for much of the afternoon! Dinner was excellent. Well-prepared food and a good range of wine. Breakfast on the following day was very good. The only slight negatives we... More

We stayed here with friends over the Easter weekend. The hotel is absolutely delightful. It is in a very small village but it only around 6km from Dieppe and right in the middle of the lovely Normandy countryside, ideal for touring. The hotel has loads of charm and is set in lovely gardens right on the river. Our room was... More

It was our first time in this hotel. The quality of diner and breakfast is very good. It is situated in a quit surrounding with a nice garden. The outside of the hotel building itself could do with some new painting. The rooms are comfortable but we have a little remark concerning the beds. We stayed in a room with... More

We stayed here on Sunday night. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room by a very pleasant lady. The €75 room was large, comfortable and warm and looked out over the attractive garden. It was good to find a kettle and tea and coffee in the room (usually not provided in French hotels), but no milk. WiFi worked... More

Typical old muddled french architecture, but stayed in a quality large high-ceiling room. The gardens are on the small side, but have a great ambiance alongside the river and its thatched neighbouring buildings. An extensive menu and wine list in the Michelin rated restaurant, and the food/wine lived up to its starring. You pay for what you get - great... More

Perfect location just outside Dieppe, Charming and characterful buildings with delightful bedrooms, complete with cosy towelling bathrobes, tea/coffee making facilities and electric beds. A charming and delightful garden where you can enjoy the sunshine with a drink and a book overlooking a bubbling stream. All the above make this logis a pleasure to visit and that is before the food... More

The hotel chain sends out their own questionnaire after the stay, this is what we wrote. We loved the hotel generally and its grounds. We stayed in room 1. It would have better if there was a hand basin in the toilet room, we had to walk around the bed to the opposite side of the room to get in the... More

We had booked an overnight stay via the Logis de France website, and were anticipating a lovely evening meal in the delightful restaurant at this very pretty Logis. We were therefore disappointed to say the least to discover on arrival a blackboard declaring the restaurant was closed that night. Moments later the Reception door opened slightly and a woman almost... More
