#5 of 18 B&Bs / Inns in Platis Gialos
The Lodge Narlis rooms are situated at about half way the length of Platis Gialos and right by the beach. Five rooms and one apartment that follow the floor plan of the old pottery workshop (of 1990), at water’s edge. Ceramic decorative touches enrich aesthetically the complex in various spots since the owners also continue the craft of pottery that came down from grandpa Alekos.

We have just finished eight wonderful days at Lodge-Narlis. Giannis and Effie were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was amazing along with the service. Rooms were cleaned every day and we were just steps from the beach and the sea. All four of us were very sad to leave and we're already speaking of coming back next year. Easy to transfer to from Kamares on the island buses. Lots of good food restaurants along the beach. Paradise surrounded by the Aegean Sea.

We returned here again - even to same room (Frini) after enjoying it so much last September. And it did not disappoint. It is excellent value for money. Don’t expect luxury - but it’s very clean and comfortable, with a pleasant courtyard cafe right on the beach. The room has a fridge and a few plates and glasses, but no kettle so worth investing in a travel one if you like tea in the room. Otherwise drinks available at the cafe from 8am. The bathroom is on the small side, but perfectly useable. Giannis and Effie are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant next door, owned by giannis’ brother, is good quality and very tasty. PG beach in September is lovely as the crowds have thinned out and we had no trouble getting sun loungers. The bus service took us to all the places we wanted to visit so need for us to hire a car. I’d recommend Lodge Narlis highly for those who love to be right on the beach, but without the high cost of luxury accommodation.
