This is a curious place. You arrive at a beautifully restored moated chateau set in well maintained and extensive grounds but it is far from clear where to go to check in and that is not at the chateau but at a completely separate building where the obvious place to drive up with luggage has signs and bollards preventing you... We had one night in the most basic room, but what a special location! The room itself was okay, but the total 'Chateau' was amazing. Looks like you're staying in a romantic castle. The spa that was included was also very nice. We didn't use the restaurant or bar (as the food was quite expensive), but did have a good... More

Stayed one night at this wonderful location. The chateau is amazing and well kept. Rooms are clean and quiet, staff friendly and you can find pitch n put golf, tennis, big swimming pool. The restaurant was nice but have had better food. All in all. Would love to come again

I only stayed here for one night, but enjoyed the short visit. We had an excellent meal in the main restaurant, although this did involve a walk outside from the main castle rooms. This was not so good on a freezing cold night! Although the restaurant wasn't too busy we had to wait an very long time between our aperitifs... More

A lovely place to relax, to enjoy the beautiful grounds or the SPA. A unique place for an escape from Paris. I definitely recommend it as soon as it doesn`t become crowded! Excellent stay, nice surroundings and a good place for a weekend at the west of Paris as the setting is lovely at a charming 13 th century chateau.... More

For a treat we had a suite in the turret of the Chateau, it was a lovely room with fabric walls. We had tea and coffee ( Nespresso) facilities which was great though the only milk for tea or coffee was a nut evaporate milk type thing- yuck. The bed was over a foot from the wall and did not... After 15 km walk across this great area, around Flexanville, taking the GR22, we found this beautiful place opening it's great gate on a beautiful castle. Even if around 2pm, we were welcomed in its good restaurant. It was also the opportunity to discover a great facility, with Spa, tennis, golf pratice, inviting us to come back. The food was... More

Stayed 3 nights for a conference. Bookings made through the office so cannot comment on rate and value for money but only on service perceived that was indeed excellent. Got there, checked in in no time and went straight to my room. Nice spacious room with all one needs for a 3 day stay. Traditional room with seperate bathroom. All... More

My partner and I stayed here Friday - Sunday. What a fabulous experience! The food is great, the Spa facilities are fantastic (we had a massage Sat and Sun. I also had a facial on Sun), the accommodation is amazing (we stayed in the chateau itself). Saw children in main restaurant only and didn't hear them! Very romantic break. Picturesque... More

ideal week-end break, 45mn from Paris, staff is very helpful, children are welcome, food is great, spa is professional and the parc is beautiful (although you may (on a Sunday morning!) encounter a stubborn gardener using a high noise leaf blower in November instead of raking and bagging autumn leaves.
