The Malisa Villa Suites are truly lovely and first class. The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. Special shout out to Mike and Daniel who bent over backward to arrange our tours and give us advice about what to do in Phuket. The restaurant meals and breakfast were excellent. My room was private, clean, and reflective of the Thai culture. The pool and outdoor kitchen were delightful. Location is close to Kata Beach, restaurants, shopping, taxi’s, etc. All round customer services by the staff was outstanding. We were treated with so much respect and kindness. I would highly recommend the Malisa Villa Suites.

Our suite was lovely and the bed super comfortable. The staff were great - top notch!! We also enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, breakfast each morning and dinner in our room one evening. Every room is very private - we never heard anyone else, only saw them at breakfast.

1. The hotel has no public swimming pool, almost zero infrastructure, and the gym may only be 10 square meters. The villa pool is dirty, couldn’t swim at all. 2. Many flying insects fly around in the room, and the hotel pest control work is empty. Tubs / mosquito nets are all corpses of bugs. 3. Provide only four bottles of water a day, charging for more water. 4. If there is no phone call request, you will not change the bath towel, and the towel on the ground will not be taken away. Hang up the row we have used, I do not know what it means. 4. Breakfast is very bad, and a person can only choose one item, with very few choices. Suspect that the fruit is not fresh, eat diarrhea. 5. The electrical appliances in the room are very old or even bad, the sewer is seriously blocked, and a bath water will overflow to the bedroom, it is terrible. The bathroom sprinkler is small and it only gets hot in a minute. 6. Not even cotton slippers. In short, it is a very stingy and cheap hotel, not as good as the domestic home stay ha, the price of the two or three thousand is not as good as living in a five-star chain hotel…

We have really enjoyed our time at Malisa Suites!. From the time we arrived until we left the experience was first class. The pool villa was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and the level of customer service was impeccable!! We will come back again!!

I booked a 7 night stay and 2 bed Malisa villa, only 5 mins from the beach. The resort was amazing, a peaceful, deluxe sanctuary tucked away from the bustle of phuket streets. The resort is beautifully maintained, & we enjoyed a wonderful private outdoor kitchenette with pool. The restaurant was the best, elegant and personal. The staff accommodated plenty of halal options, with a very good selection of home baked breakfasts and plenty of French toast and pancakes which satisfied the kids! Malisa villas is very welcoming, the manager Anny & her team are delightful, so if you are looking for a luxury stay with great food and hospitality in Phuket, this is the place to be! Excellent hôtel with exceptional customer service and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The landscape was so peaceful. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The only thing was the breakfast not very good and not many options otherwise everything was excellent

The staff at Malisa were so kind and wonderful. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The food is also delicious! Great for when you’re needing a break from exploring the outside, or just any time at all! Malisa is located conveniently near the beach, neighboring restaurants, and mini marts. Our stay happened to fall on Loy Krathong, a celebration honoring the Goddess of Water. Staff had a fun activity set up for guests to decorate boats for the celebration. It was such a great time interacting with staff during this time. Highly recommend booking your stay here. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Phuket. Thank you so much, Malisa!

What an Excellent stay! Spectacular private pool villa quiet and peaceful in a fantastic location 5 mins walking to the beach, hygienic and comfort bed. We found ourselves without a hotel very last minute. Luckily, we found Malisa Villa Kata and booked one of their gorgeous villas last minute. Our stay was beyond excellent, the staff went above and beyond at all times and I would highly recommend you book with them. The villas are stunning, the swimming pools are certainly relaxing and their bathtubs with jacuzzi option are a must. Furthermore, the food is delicious, the (customer/room) service is of the highest quality, frankly impeccable and certainly incomparable. We were certainly delighted that they were so welcoming after we had to cancel our previous hotel quite abruptly. Thank you!
