If you are planning a trip with a group of people. renting a villa is a great thing to do. Rent a 4 bedroom house with its own pool. Seperate rooms with en-suites, large lounge are. modern kitchen. All very luxurious. a short walk to Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Albeit down a hill (great exercise). You can leave all the business of the beaches to stay up a small hill and enjoy peace and quiet in a green and quiet setting.

Stayed again at Katamanda vila D6. Kids older now but plenty for them to do. Villa has been refurnished since last visit and looks even better!. Kids enjoyed the pool plus venturing down to the clubhouse for tbeir freeform pool and a game of tennis. Eating at clubhouse is a joy as food is prepared fresh with excellent quality. Staff as ever attentive and efficient. Back to the villa 4 beds all with en suites excellent beds soft and comfortable. Quiet surroundings accentuated the perfect weather. Huge blue butterflies and even an amazing green hummingbird!. Can recommend this gem for its amazingly comfortable living and relaxing surroundings yet only a few minutes walk to Kata Noi and Kata beaches. 3rd visit already booked😎

We stayed here for 8 days and the villa was incredible. We were in C6 and the views from the patio were stunning! We had plenty of space for six of us, full facilities including kitchen and laundry so we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to and it was sooooo relaxing. The security for the complex meant we always felt secure. The villa was well maintained and the staff were lovely and really helpful. One of the kids was unwell and they helped us arrange a doctor to come out and visit which helped relieve our stress. I can't recommend the villas highly enough and we will be returning!

Our third time back at villa naga D6 this time during Phukets quieter season . The villa has been refurnished and everytjing updated.to cater for the savvy visitor. Privacy is a premium you get here but without the crazy prices touted for other high end villa estates. Katamamda remains understated, tranquil, very private but with excellent staff, flora and fauna. Our weeks stay certainly recharged tje flagging batteries. Kudos to Katamanda once again.

We rented 2 adjacent villas for 9 people. Katamanda is exquisite and the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. Kata Beach was a 5 minute walk away, and it was a short walk into Kata itself. Our booking was handled professionally from start to finish by Kidakarn, from the on-site property management company. She was a phone call away and ensured we were taken care of during our stay. Our villas were cleaned daily, and we had a chef cook for us on 2 of the days. The meals were outstanding. The Katamanda staff were friendly and obliging. We cannot wait to return to Katamanda Villas in the not too distant future.

The villa was amazing. We spent a wonderful time here and had a superb ocean view. Everything was very clean and the villa was decorated and equipped very nice. Expecially we would like to thank Karn and Sana from the office who were so helpful during the whole time. We can definitely recommend the accommodation. It was a pleasure to be there and we definitely will come back. A big thank you!

We spent a week at Katamanda Luxury Villas. The location is absolutely wonderful. Close to Kata Noi Beach and five minutes from Kata Main Road. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Great location, loved Kata Noi Beach. The villa was good, the staff were great. The only negative is the insufficient internet bandwidth for streaming movies and television. Villa with pools and sea views are best.

We had a great time at this villa. All you could need and the view was amazing. The rooms were clean and gorgeous and the air conditioning was amazing. Very nice that they had their own tennis courts and restaurant and as well as a private pool, there was a shared massive pool! I'd definitely stay here again as it was also a 5 - 10 minute was to the beach

Looking for a villa in Phuket appeared a bit like pot luck at first, I had been warned that some were miles from the described locations, not managed etc. So we were very lucky to have found the Katamanda Villas, we stayed in villa C6 with a nice infinity pool and a great view. Pat and her team are very helpful, organised a birthday cake and balloons on arrival for our daughters 30th birthday, apart from transfers and a car and driver for the day we didnt ask them to do much else for us. Housekeeping and maintenance are very good and reactive if necessary. would definitely recommend and would love to go back, very close to kata and kata noi beaches. Only minor thing is to beware the steep hill, its not too bad but can be a bit of a slog, our villa was quite low down others may be more of a trek !…
