Holidays at this hotel were not planned in advance.
Price for 2x for 10 nights 270.000 rubles with flight.
4 stars declared, but no more than 3 stars.
The room is ordinary, very small bathroom, very old, water in the shower waits 3 minutes for it to get hot.
Our room was on a green-fenced construction site, and the machinery was really loud, and at 6:00 a.m., I'd start yelling at the rooster every day.
Towels are changed only in the room, only 2 bottles of water are allowed for 2x a day, no more) you need to buy and drag from the store.
It's a long way to the sea, on a muddy street, 10 or 15 minutes on foot, but we used to take a motorcycle taxi.
Breakfast, no cheese, no sausage, no nuthela
Watermelon, Dragon fruit, melon, agave always
Sometimes the noodles are not delicious, there is very little meat (neither spicy nor curry), there is no fish.
The buns are delicious, the coffee powdered.
Cleaning, often not cleaned until 6pm, had to call reception.
All hygiene items bring with you, shampoos soap is not great and they need to be asked.
Don't cost your money, hotels and beach on Caron Beach are better.

Beautiful hotel for its price category. The main advantages: quiet location, walking distance several good cafes, near the night market - dinner is advised there, to the sea you can access both Kata beach (closer, about 10 minutes) and Karon. We had a family room: a single bed for the baby and a huge "airfield" for the parents. The room has TV, fridge, kettle, safe, hairdryer, shower, air conditioning. Three bottles of water, tea and coffee bags, a change of towels, including special beach towels, but cleaning the room seems "in the mood." Breakfasts are normal, there was no special variety of main courses, but the pastries are great. The hotel has a nice clean beautiful swimming pool. Cons in small things: in the room we drank only tea, but it was this that was not put in regularly, and the coffee we didn't need was double the amount; also very disappointing the very poor breakfast box who ordered instead of breakfast for early excursions, if you don't buy anything extra yourself, you will stay hungry. However, the hotel is generally good, we recommend.

Our room was on the 7th floor. View of the pool from the balcony (beautiful). The room is not bad, but a little tired: the furniture is shabby, water is dripping from under the sink. In short, cosmetic repairs are long overdue.
The bed is comfortable, the mattress and pillows are soft. Every morning they replenished the water with 0.5 still water, coffee, sugar, dry cream, but for some reason they didn’t give us tea... There was also no dental kit.
Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed once in 10 nights, and then at our request (when we checked in, the sheet was covered in blood, we asked to change it, on the third day they changed it, and they gave us a duvet cover covered in blood).
The floors weren't cleaned at all. We had to clean it ourselves.
Breakfast is monotonous, the assortment is small, potatoes were served twice the entire time, and mostly rice in all its forms. Baking, if you can call it that - two types of mini-cupcakes... The fruits are also the same, bananas (small, very tasty), watermelons are not tasty at all.
The two pools were cleaned every morning; We swam in the evenings, it seemed normal, you can’t complain. It’s a 15-minute walk to the sea (the passage through the “stinky river” is closed) in a roundabout way. Kata beach is clean, the sand is fine, and does not heat up. The sea is also clean and warm. Sun loungers and umbrellas for rent: 200 baht.
The spa at the hotel is nothing, maybe, of course, I’m just unlucky, but I paid for something unclear: after the scrub and wrap, I had to wash in an ice-cold shower twice - there was no hot water, I was freezing, as if I hadn’t gotten sick yet... Couch uncomfortable, in 2 hours I took everything I could to myself. Massage is a separate issue, after it I crawled into my room with the feeling that I was unloading carriages... For comparison: the day before I had a massage in a salon on the street (there are them at every step), and it was cheaper, and they massaged me so well that Having reached the hotel, I spread out on the bed, so relaxed...
To summarize: the hotel deserves a solid C grade. Next time, most likely, I will look for another hotel... I will not include breakfast, it was unnecessary.
I also want to give one piece of advice - under no circumstances listen to individual guides. Ours worked 100%... She talked very nicely about all the excursions, showed beautiful pictures, but in reality it turned out to be so-so. Of all the ones I collected, I would definitely give up three. And then, don’t take excursions every day - it’s a continuous race from early morning, there was no time to relax at sea.

Cool hotel, I recommend it
We traveled with a young man together.
Pros:
+convenient location:
The rooms are not located near the road, as if “in the courtyard” - there is no constant yelling, screaming, or fuss. At the same time, the reception is located closer to the main road.
There are two markets on both sides of the hotel within a 3-10 minute walk; we almost always ate there. Quite tasty, inexpensive, large selection. In the evening, a night market opens almost every day. And if during the day the market offers food more in the Thai style, then in the evening you can find potatoes, chips, and some kind of seafood pies.
It takes about 8 minutes to walk to Kata Beach. However, we were there only once; we liked Karon Beach more - it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to it. There is shade under the palm trees - it’s comfortable to relax there on a hot day. However, I warn you - in the evening on Karon, small microorganisms appear in the water and begin to bite. We did not observe such a problem in the morning or afternoon.
+ huge bed, very comfortable
+ when booking we indicated that we didn’t want to live on the 1st floor - we were placed on the 6th
+quite varied breakfast, we really liked it - in the morning we ate our fill
+ quite a nice room, the air conditioners are not very noisy (I read earlier in reviews that it was impossible to sleep)
+good sound insulation
+ there is a kettle and refrigerator in the room
+ for storing things there was a vertical closet (there were about 5 hangers) and 2 open shelves. We didn't take a lot of things, so there were no problems with storage at all.
Cons (but they were minor, we didn’t even pay much attention to them):
-there was mold under the sink - like a green cobweb (but I only looked under the sink on the last day, so I didn’t even know about it the whole holiday, hahaha. Well, that’s good, because there was no mold in other places)
+ - cleaning was normal, but we had linen with a stain (the stain was not caused by us) - they were not changed for several days, or maybe they were never changed at all. Otherwise, towels were changed, mugs were washed after us, and the bed was made. We didn’t do anything supernatural, but for Thailand it’s fine
-the pressure in the shower is really weak, but it doesn’t interfere with washing - I managed to wash my long hair without any problems. You just take a little longer to wash

In general, I liked everything; I didn’t pay attention to the minor drawbacks. If you are very picky, you can look for other options. But we recommend this hotel to everyone, we would come back again

The best hotel, 4 stars is very excellent!!
Let's start with the room: cleaning daily, dust is not always wiped off, but our floor was always clean from the sand from the beach; as expected, 2 bottles of water, even if they asked not to clean, were placed near the room; view to a pool.
The pool itself is neat, there are places for children, the pool is cleaned and cleaned daily.
There is also a gym (everyone was planning to go, but there was no time, but we went to look - there are treadmills, exercise machines and dumbbells 💪🏼
And most importantly - BREAKFAST!!! It’s simply divine, there’s an assortment of everything for every taste and color, we even had tom yum and similar soups in the morning, very varied breakfasts.
Everyone was satisfied, I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Hi all. I’m writing from the hotel, here right now. Operator anex. Don't believe bad reviews. I drove with the mindset that there was no choice at breakfast and everything was unfit for consumption. The staff is rude. This is called reading too many sites. This is a cool hotel! I've been here for 4 nights and breakfast has never been the same. I'm just overeating, everything is delicious. Yes, the food is Thai, spicy, children may not eat it. But this is not Türkiye! I am very pleased with the breakfasts, every morning you expect a repetition of the delicious thing that happened yesterday, but they surprise me again. The pool is clean, nothing floats, it’s open late, yesterday at 10 pm they turned off the lights in it, but people still sit and swim, no one kicks anyone out. I went to see a friend in Ibis to see his conditions, and I’ll tell you that it’s cool that I don’t live in Ibis. The hotel is ascetic, the rooms are small, there is not even a proper closet. And their price is almost the same.
It's a 12 minute walk around to the beach. The passage along the river is closed, it has become unsafe and no one is repairing it. There are beach towels at the reception all day long, come and get them. Regarding the stars. I think there is no 4* here, this is a small city hotel. Rather good 3*. The hotel is not old (look at the same ibis, even the sign on the roof has faded), but 4* was overrated. Come here with the attitude of going to 3*. Moreover, this is one of the cheapest 4* hotels on sale at Anex.

Good location: away from noisy streets, near a market, full of restaurants and shops; 10-15 minutes walk to Kata beach. I liked the room: spacious, in a pleasant modern design interspersed with traditional flavor. Good sound insulation. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Buffet. Dishes of Thai and European cuisine, mainly meat and vegetarian; seafood was scarce and was sold out almost immediately. But everything is fine with vegetables: many different types (there were even steamed beets) and several sauces to choose from. I just wish they would pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Perhaps there wasn't enough staff when I visited. Special thanks to a female supervisor named Raida, she very quickly and kindly helped resolve all issues. Overall the hotel experience is excellent.

We had a family vacation in March. I really liked the hotel, especially the room with a view of the mountains) Cleaning every day, always hot water, delicious breakfast. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, omelettes, soups (what a pity that I only found out at the end that we also have tom yam for breakfast), rice with seafood, vegetables, fruits, sausages, etc. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is close to everything. The child said for the first time, next year we are flying here 😅 it was my birthday, I didn’t expect to be congratulated, we went to the islands, after calling the reception I went to the reception with panthenol on my face 🤣 and here were candles, congratulations)) Special thanks for this))) otherwise at the end of the day I forgot that it was my birthday. Definitely recommend!

We chose this hotel because we knew it but had never stayed there. Great location and it seemed nice and equipped. We arrived at 6.30pm and the rooms booked by the agency were not there! Two de luxe for 2 couples. They offered us large rooms, which was a double shame as they were far from the reception and on the 3rd floor without a lift. Then a two-story suite for all four. After much discussion we accept for one night with the agreement of having the rooms the following day. Ok even if there was no hot water and the door got stuck. We stay, the rooms are nice but they NEVER cleaned the bathroom for the entire 15 days. of stay, even after explicit request! Cleaning consisted of pulling up the duvet on the bed and a sweep with the toilet brush! Dirty everything! The hallways, pool, gym, etc. Too bad, such a neglected beautiful hotel!

Breakfast is poor and there is very little choice.
Internet in the hotel (WIFI) is one name. For 11 days in total he worked 4 hours.
The staff's favorite word is “tomorrow”. We don’t know who they were going to call, but with any request they postponed everything until tomorrow or through a call from the big boss.
There are ants in the room, a lot of them. Every day they asked to treat it with a special product, it was of little use (by the way, they didn’t eat in the room).
For 3 nights in a row we suffered from their bites. They were everywhere.
Cleaning every day, where towels are changed, the bed is made (without changing the sheets), sweeping, that's all the cleaning. The rooms themselves are very small. The taps keep leaking, it’s hard to sleep with these sounds.
Only 1 employee with knowledge of English, who was difficult to catch.
- In the gym (15-20 square meters in total) there were 6 exercise machines and dumbbells. The treadmill didn't work. If there is more than one person in the hall, there is no room to turn around.

Pros:
- the room itself is more or less fresh, with a balcony and a beautiful view.
- The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the sea, a Russian exchange office with the most favorable rate, a cheap 7/eleven store, markets, etc.
- The hotel area is well-groomed and attractive
- In general, the breakfasts were almost always more or less tasty.
