Rooms good size with everything you need- TV, fridge, safe etc. Good size balcony nice to sit out. Bathroom also fine. Must say that everything was very very clean! Very convenient location, loads of eateries and the market in 5 mins walking distance, and you can also walk to Kata beach and Karon beach which would take around 15 mins....

We had cheap room without balcony. Room was big enough. Bed was good for sleeping few nights. Aircondition was little noisy. And all night you can hear sound of gurgling water from carp pond right infront your door :-D Free shutlle to Karon, Kata and Kata noi beach with free towels. 15min to Kata beach by walk. I stayed here for 4 nights. It was super clean, has a fridge, and was a really great price. The hotel has a free shuttle that takes you to Karon Beach and Kata Beach at set times. The only downside was that the shower was extremely small, but other than that everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in an ideal location - a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (although a free shuttle bus is provided!) Would definitely recommend!

The top floor room was spacious and very clean, with a wet-room style shower (not ideal, but perfectly adequate), a kettle and fridge included and plenty of free bottled water. Staff were eager and helpful when needed, though only one - the manager - spoke English fluently. Only real downside was the internet, which was very inconsistent and frequently came...

We stayed here for a few days when visiting Kata Beach and we were very pleased with the room and the friendly staff. The main building has a small gym and a living room with books and computers. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach but they can drive you for free every other hour and lend...
