I stayed here during the Halloween, staff where amazing very helpful, special thanks to Maybank. Hotel was spotless, 10 min walk to the beach or shuttle bus if preferred, I would recommend the Thai breakfast fills you up for the day. Hotel suited perfectly, between two excellent beaches(KATA & KARON) and easy access to other attractions.

I have booked Peach Hill Hotel through Make my trip. The rooms allocated were superior rooms. On arrival at property we were given premium rooms which had broken washroom locks, single beds were combined for double beds. The building which had superior rooms were closed. MMT tour manager Ms. Victoria didn't resolved the issue. The breakfast also was not quite good. But Mayank from restaurant helped us in every possible way from organizing some good indian breakfast options to room service. Overall we had a good stay at peach hill hotel despite some issues.

The rooms were located amongst lush tropical greenery, which was really beautiful, however, there were tonnes of mosquitoes! There was an outside hot tub which would've been nice to use, but because of the mosquitoes, I didn't even want to sit outside. Also, the rooms we had had a couple of steps leading up to the bathroom/coffee area. The steps are quite narrow, and because of the small space, it's pretty dangerous. If you're making coffee and you forget there are stairs, you just take 1 step and you'll fall down. Coming out of the bathroom, it's only 2 or 3 steps to the stairs. My dad came out from the bathroom, totally forgot about the steps, and fell down and hurt himself. Fortunately, his injury wasn't serious enough to require medical attention, but it put a damper on our vacation.
The hotel is very centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. However, it's situated at the top of a steep hill, which is inconvenient for the elderly or those who aren't very fit, since they always have to rely on a shuttle bus which only operates during certain hours.

If you want to experience worst class and laid back service please visit this hotel in Phuket. A combo of staff misbehaving with you, dirty rooms even after room service, delayed services, not having a dental kit even after claiming to be a 4star hotel.
I asked for an iron and water bottle to be delivered into my room and even after 3 reminders and 75 minutes later when I didn't received these things and asked the staff on reception about the same, the response I got was, "I don't know, I infomred the houskeeping staff" with carelessness and attitude that I informed housekeeping staff and my that's all I can do. On confronting him on how can he say that "I don't know", I was being yelled at. And stereotyped that you are from "Delhi" that's why you are making an issue on these small things. This all happened at 7:45 AM in the morning when I had to go out on for my scheduled activites, ruining my mood.
Later on, when I involved the manager, the said person did apologised for his behaviour but my day was spoiled due to bad mood.
This was the case with other customers also, who had similar complaints about the staff.

Hi All ....we stayed in the hotel for 03 nights from 16th Jul-19th Jul and everything rigth from the airport pick up , to check in , food , staff were superb...The Manager Simon was highly professional , courteous and was always ahead in terms of our need especially taking care of my infants need and arranging and suggesting the places to travel in and around the hotel. The Hotel Manager gave us a nice pool facing room and the front desk girl was also courteous and was ready to help us for any thing needed. the hotel is beautifully made with 03 pools and nice kids play area. Highly recommend this hotel for family stay and my suggestion to Hotel GM to give brownie points to Saudagar for taking such a good care and making sure that we were always in comfort .

Staying at Peach Blossom has been a great experience, the access to 3 lovely pools is great, the breakfast has been good and has a good variety of food, the staff have been extremely helpful and attentive and willing to give tips and ideas for enjoying your experience in Phuket - Mayank was helpful along with his fellow staffer who assisted us greatly - made us feel good to have stayed here. Please Note the hotel is at the top of a hill, so you need to walk up every day, but we just waited for the shuttle service - make sure you take a picture of the shuttle times and get the hotel card so you can call if you need to get picked up. Good location for beaches on both sides and a quieter spot than busy Patong, but still close enough for a quick scooter or tuktuk ride to dive into The action if need be.

This was my first time in Phuket, and stay at this hotel. My husband has been here two times before, so based on what he told me and showed pictures of Peach Hill Restort, I wanted to book our stay of 2 weeks at this hotel. And that was a really good decision, the lobby is very open and feels fresch, and upon arriving at the hotel we got served a, cold, refreshing welcome drink and then they checked us in! I really loved that you didn’t need to book a time for breakfast! The staff at this hotel, in my opinion is very service-minded and want you to be needed for nothing! And a special thanks to Mayank that made our stay very pleasant!

Have you heard of Helvettesbacken? It is the hill outside this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for people who are not fit but on the other hand good diet is required for them. The selection is not that big at dinner. The breakfast is perfectly fine, a big plus because you can eat your fill of eggs! Big plus for the desserts ( not at breakfast).
NB no buffet for dinner! So it is not worth paying the food to the tour operators before stay.
Sent an email before the trip but I don't think the hotel reads their email, only 2 lines back. Then no feedback. So there was a problem when we arrived, had to change rooms the next day. Downgrade but thought the pool was worth it.
Sad that there are no sunbeds so that's enough. Many come from the other hotels and swim here. So we with a pool outside the balcony absolutely cannot count on getting sunbeds outside. If we open the curtain, there are people sitting outside.
the cleaning. It takes a while before the cleaning starts and then the bed is made, (no new sheets) the windows cleaned plus 2 water. The toilets are not cleaned! Towels are not changed! No toilet paper unless you ask for it.
You have to ask for a lot, so there will be many calls to the reception.
king size beds don't seem to exist, they push 2 beds together.
Some rules are so illogical, why can't you order room service without having to go and show your vouchers? So unnecessary! For 2 weeks!! Then you become a little less.
The staff are very accommodating and helpful. I love all the plants on the hotel grounds, the greenery is magical.

The breakfast here is in buffet style, offering a suitable variety of options that are tasty and clean. The staff promptly replenishes the food. I highly recommend trying the omelette station. The pool view is beautiful, and the staff is always ready to assist. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and relaxation experience here.

This place is beautiful the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms have air conditioning which makes it very comfortable over night to escape the heat. The food is delicious and plentiful you will enjoy the buffet breakfast that has the best pad Thai I have eaten. The pools and swim up bar are great. Speak to Mayank he is beautiful and will look after every need.
