The hotel is very centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. However, it's situated at the top of a steep hill, which is inconvenient for the elderly or those who aren't very fit, since they always have to rely on a shuttle bus which only operates during certain hours.
I asked for an iron and water bottle to be delivered into my room and even after 3 reminders and 75 minutes later when I didn't received these things and asked the staff on reception about the same, the response I got was, "I don't know, I infomred the houskeeping staff" with carelessness and attitude that I informed housekeeping staff and my that's all I can do. On confronting him on how can he say that "I don't know", I was being yelled at. And stereotyped that you are from "Delhi" that's why you are making an issue on these small things.
This all happened at 7:45 AM in the morning when I had to go out on for my scheduled activites, ruining my mood.
Later on, when I involved the manager, the said person did apologised for his behaviour but my day was spoiled due to bad mood.
This was the case with other customers also, who had similar complaints about the staff.
The Hotel Manager gave us a nice pool facing room and the front desk girl was also courteous and was ready to help us for any thing needed.
the hotel is beautifully made with 03 pools and nice kids play area.
Highly recommend this hotel for family stay and my suggestion to Hotel GM to give brownie points to Saudagar for taking such a good care and making sure that we were always in comfort .
And that was a really good decision, the lobby is very open and feels fresch, and upon arriving at the hotel we got served a, cold, refreshing welcome drink and then they checked us in!
I really loved that you didn’t need to book a time for breakfast!
The staff at this hotel, in my opinion is very service-minded and want you to be needed for nothing! And a special thanks to Mayank that made our stay very pleasant!
Big plus for the desserts ( not at breakfast).
NB no buffet for dinner! So it is not worth paying the food to the tour operators before stay.
Sent an email before the trip but I don't think the hotel reads their email, only 2 lines back. Then no feedback. So there was a problem when we arrived, had to change rooms the next day. Downgrade but thought the pool was worth it.
Sad that there are no sunbeds so that's enough. Many come from the other hotels and swim here. So we with a pool outside the balcony absolutely cannot count on getting sunbeds outside. If we open the curtain, there are people sitting outside.
the cleaning. It takes a while before the cleaning starts and then the bed is made, (no new sheets) the windows cleaned plus 2 water. The toilets are not cleaned! Towels are not changed! No toilet paper unless you ask for it.
You have to ask for a lot, so there will be many calls to the reception.
king size beds don't seem to exist, they push 2 beds together.
Some rules are so illogical, why can't you order room service without having to go and show your vouchers? So unnecessary! For 2 weeks!! Then you become a little less.
The staff are very accommodating and helpful.
I love all the plants on the hotel grounds, the greenery is magical.
