Almost perfect stay, we spent a lovely week and we will certainly be guests of this welcoming hotel again. Also from the point of view of the kitchen it was a very pleasant experience, excellent barmen with cocktails of great taste and presentation offered with an excellent price-quality ratio. the swimming pools are also very nice if you don't want to go down to the beautiful beach
It was so obvious that the hotel staff likes working at Chanalai Garden Resort. All employees were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was outstanding, a huge variety from different cultures. Our room and the whole hotel were very clean.
We spent our vacation mid March again in the beautiful Chanalai Garden Resort, with a short walk to Kata Beach, the restaurants with themed evenings and the nice, attentive service. However, this year our stay was strongly impacted by the global pandemic and we decided due to borders closing and local lock downs to return home earlier In these extraordinary times we recognized that it was the hotel top-priority to look after both their customers and their staff to keep them in a safe and healthy environment. Since our flights were postponed and the situation for domestic and international flights became increasingly confusing, we decided to book a new regular flight for which the customer relation service helped us through this difficult steps including refund claim process. Our appreciation therefore go to everyone, from management to housekeeping at Chanalai Garden Resort for their permanent support in this tough time and we know, that the before mentioned applies to the whole Chanalai Group. We booked to stay here due to the location and excellent trip advisor reviews. We got an executive club deluxe sea view room and it was lovely, the view was fabulous ! Every single member of staff we met was superb but Synth and Krit were outstanding, a real asset to the hotel ! Nothing is too much trouble and you feel that they genuinely care about your stay and do everything possible to rectify the situation if something is not quite right. We loved having the breakfast every morning, we stayed for 10 days, there is so much variety and the service is excellent. We had dinner twice at the hotel and both times the food was delicious. We highly recommend staying at this hotel as all the staff make you feel as if you were special and this is why we would most definitely return. We just hope that with the current Covid19 crisis that everyone there is well and able to return back to the hotel to make it as wonderful as ever. Best wishes to you all Martin and Karen Naish Xx…
We had the pleasure of staying at Chanalai Garden Resort for 23 days in March, 2020. Every day we were greeted at breakfast by Mr. Takeanthong and his exceptional staff. The staff ensure your stay is enjoyable. Hotel and rooms are clean and the hotel is located directly across from the ocean. It is also conveniently located to restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommend.
