The hotel corresponds to the description, spacious rooms, clean pools (water samples are taken every day), there are enough sun loungers for everyone, often many free, there is a lot of shade in the large pool after lunch, excellent sun in the afternoon and sunset in the small pool. Beach towels are changed by the maids during cleaning every day. They left a tip every day for cleaning the room, they inserted a third card for us, splits always worked. The food is varied, there is practically no local cuisine at breakfast, everything is standard. Every other day they arrange dinners at the pool in a buffet format, entry through payment or by voucher for those who have a boarding house. The hotel is quiet, there is no animation or music. The Internet works perfectly throughout the entire territory. Next to the hotel there is a fruit and smoothie shop, opposite a 7/11 market and two exchange offices with an ATM. Massage parlors with the same prices start 20 meters from the hotel. It takes a couple of minutes to walk through a narrow road to the sea. There is a post-beach foot shower at the hotel entrance. You can park rented bikes in the parking lot. Along the beach on the first line there is a jogging track and an open sports area. There are no biting creatures on the beach or on the hotel grounds. You can snorkel on the rocks in the water; the coral is not colorful, but there are plenty of colorful fish. There is a large selection of surfboard rentals on the beach.

Wonderful hotel! We took the Garden View room and were given room 7205, on the second floor with partial sea views and check-in to the hotel. There was no noise or disturbance from the proximity to the road, the insulation was excellent. The restaurant was nearby, as was the reception. If you go up to the 2nd floor up the stairs nearby, you immediately find yourself at the pool with a bar.
At breakfast there are two excellent modern coffee machines (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, espresso, Americano, hot milk, milk froth and boiling water), there are separate kettles with coffee and tea and hot milk. You can choose from an omelet with filling, fried eggs, boiled eggs and a couple of other types of egg dishes. Potatoes (fried/mashed), rice (2 types), 3 types of Thai dishes, beef/pork sausages, ham, cheese and oatmeal, two types of yogurt in a glass glass, juices (packaged in flasks), water with lemon, pastries, toast, pancakes and French toast, jams, milk and muesli. Fruits (pineapple, melon, watermelon, guava), cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, salad mix, and dressings for them. You definitely won't be hungry.

The room was cleaned every day, shampoos, gels and conditioners were provided every day. We have a pile of tubes))). Soap and toilet paper were also provided every day. During the day, when we went into town for lunch, the room was cleaned and towels were changed, including beach towels. At the reception you can take towels for the beach separately and return them there later. Since the room is like for a swimming pool)
The air conditioning is central, but it works powerfully. I read in other reviews that the blocks opposite the front door are very noisy. But they didn’t bother us at all, there was no noise from them.
Take mosquito repellent and an outlet with liquid. Because upon arrival we were bitten. Then everyone was taken out. Probably the doors to the balcony were opened when the room was being cleaned.
The beach is next to the hotel, across the road, through the shops. The street is full of restaurants and cafes, so you won’t go hungry. There is a fruit shop nearby, they will cut and pack everything, but I advise you to go further up the street, there are several fruit markets and the prices are lower and there is more choice.
We are happy with our vacation, no negativity or problems. Not the first time in Phuket)

We returned from this hotel a few days ago. Breakfast is good. There are 2 coffee machines, they brew many types of very tasty coffee. The cleaning was done normally, but something was constantly missing - shower gel, water, towels. Everything was provided upon request without any problems. Beach towels can also be easily changed during the day as needed. We lived on the top floor of the upper building (3rd building), the view was gorgeous! At first we were shocked that it took three elevators to get there, but then we got used to it, it wasn’t a problem.
Another big plus of the hotel is the clean swimming pool, which is open until 22.00. There is a happy hour at the pool where you can buy 2 cocktails for the price of one. Very close to the sea - literally two minutes from reception, if not less.
If you go down the stairs to the road and turn right, there will immediately be a cafe with chicken soup for 60 baht (where there are white metal chairs). In other places soups range from 100 - 120 and above. There is a fruit shop nearby, a food market kata cafe with delicious food, large portions and live music, a Thai man sings a lot of Russian songs.
But! All these advantages are negated by the noisy air conditioner. Firstly, the blocks behind the door are noisy; the doors are just cardboard. But the hotel has already begun to change these external blocks; during our time in the 5th building they changed a lot. But in the room it’s terrible. It cools well, but it is impossible to sleep under it. When we talked to other tourists, they all made the same noise. Although no one had written anything about this in reviews before. When leaving the hotel, they told the reception about this; they looked very surprised. They asked you to write about this in the review form that you fill out when leaving.
If they change the split systems, we would gladly return to this hotel, so I give 4 stars

The beds were extra comfortable and the whole room was super clean. Beside 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea we got 2 fresh towells for the room and beach also, which is very convenient. The location is perfect if you want to just chill by the pool and by the sea. The staff were very friendly. If the prices in the restaurant would be more affordable (for Thailand standards they are pretty expensive), we would eat there every day for sure, the food is delicious.

Relaxing in a hotel and I was thrilled! Immediately upon arrival, the hospitality of the staff was impressive: the smiling staff at the reception quickly processed the check-in and gave all the necessary information. The room proved to be spacious, with modern design and beautiful sea views. The room had all the necessary air conditioning, minibar, comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. Cleaning was done daily, always clean.

The restaurant pleasantly surprised with the variety of dishes. Breakfasts were particularly gratifying with fresh fruit, pastries and excellent coffee. For sports fans there is a fitness room with new equipment. The property is well maintained, the pool is clean, with plenty of sunbeds, so you could always find a place to relax.

I want to mention the beach in particular: clean, with soft sand, and literally a stone's throw from the hotel. The water is clear and the entrance to the sea is smooth, which is especially good for families with children.

The only slight downside was the weak soundproofing walls in the room, which sometimes made roommates audible. All in all, the rest has exceeded expectations, and I would love to be back here again. I recommend this hotel to all who appreciate comfort and quality service!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Chanalai Garden Resort for 11 nights in Feb 2024. Both my husband & I have been fortunate to stay in many Hotels around the globe. I can honestly say, Chanalai Gardens 100% win on the hospitality front. Literally every member of staff was polite, friendly, welcoming & appeared to be genuinely delighted to meet their guests. A perfect example is when one morning, we arrived towards the end of the breakfast service. Nun, from the omelette station approached my husband to ask if we would like our usual order of omelettes! He even remembered how we liked them which is pretty impressive when he makes over 300 omelettes per day!

The hotel is situated in a perfect location for access to the beach, local shops & restaurants. There’s a very handy 7/11 opposite too. The outside road does get busy but this didn’t impact us apart from being careful when crossing it. One point to note is that the hotel is built into a hillside. Room access is via a combination of stairs & lifts. Although this wasn’t a problem for us, it’s a point to consider if travelling with young children or those with limited mobility.

I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The
team are credit to Manager Jon! I am a firm believer that happy employees are motivated by those in charge. We saw Manager Jon working alongside his colleagues at breakfast, clearing tables whilst talking to guests. It’s small personal touches like this that make the difference! Also the ice-cream served on arrival too!

Unfortunately, we didn’t obtain many names, but a huge thank you the breakfast staff team, housekeeping, small pool bar staff, Daisy & Pang Pond too!

A very enjoyable stay!

We were on holiday together with my husband. The pluses were excellent location, close to our favorite 7/11, pharmacy, exchange office. There are two beaches very close, I appreciated the location only when I realized where people go to the beach from, in the heat, in this regard this hotel definitely wins. The hotel has well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery, it is pleasant to go down and up to the room. We lived high up, but honestly we didn’t regret that we asked to be accommodated higher, but here the taste and color are different))) I liked the breakfasts, I didn’t get tired of them after 10 days, the only thing was the pastries and bread were not tasty. I drank normal coffee, even cappuccino, usually I only drink Americano. The downside to room cleaning is so-so, bed linen is changed only upon request. Be careful, there is a card in the shape of a flower on the nightstand; in order to change the bedding, it must be placed on the bed! We only saw this on the last day and asked the reception to change the bed sheets during the next cleaning. Water and towels are always changed. The staff is always smiling, it's nice, there is no one with stone faces.

The hotel was excellent, the attitude of the staff was great, the breakfast was good. Every day a surprise awaited us in the room: clean towels arranged in the shape of animals or fish decorated with flowers. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the beach, and the hotel had a pool and a gym next to the room.

Great hotel! Friendly, smiling staff. Gave a wonderful room with a stunning view of the sea (and absolutely did not have to, as often happens, prove that seviu is a seviu)). The room is clean, the hot water is perfectly fine. Breakfasts aren't very varied, but you certainly won't stay hungry either. It is important to take them if you love to get up early, eat and move on) If not, it is easier to eat in cafes, of which there are a great many. The territory is very green and beautiful, a couple of times ants have been spotted, but you can see that they are constantly fought. No deposit was taken. Welcome ice cream was very handy) after the flight)) The beach is less than 5 minutes away. A lot of Russians, 70 percent. But unlike Egypt, everyone behaves culturally (it must be Thais who act like that with their smiles). We found no downside at all. Unless people with musculoskeletal disorders better not go here, because the hotel is on higher ground and not all the height covered by elevators, they will have difficulty getting to the room! Found a really nice massage parlor, then went there every day. PT Tai Gold Massage is called. Opposite the hotel shop 7/11, fruit shop, many cafes, near night market. We will definitely come back here!!!!!!!
