We stayed in a bungalow at the back which was very spacious. We opted for a garden view and I would recommend you pay the extra for a sea view as the garden needs some tlc and is messy, the other bungalows all had much nicer balconies. we needed to use ear plugs each night as the air-conditioning from other...

On the main street, without sidewalk, the access to the hotel is quite difficult. There is no space for a taxi to discharge your suitcases. Otherwise the rooms are nice (without a view), service is good, but no breakfast in the hotel. The walk to the beach is short but tricky (you have to ask for the shortcut). The hotel...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We will include it in our program for improvements. Just two remarks. As specified on the web side there ARE rooms and bungalows with Sea view but it is not in all rooms. Guests make own choice when they book. There is breakfast in the restaurant but it is not included in...

It is what it is. Cheap rooms for short stay. I must say cleaning ladies are amazing. Everything in room was impeccable. But the whole place is at back of a restaurant so you live above the kitchen. It is dirty around, loud and annoying. From 7pm you have at least 4 hours of music playing loudly from below. Maybe...

We booked the owner Vladimir's favor bungalow with seaview. We really looked forward to staying there for about a month but we only stayed for two nights. First of all Vladimir forgot about our transportation from the airport. Not the best beginning of our vacation. The bungalow and the area were so dissappointing. The bungalow was old and dusty and...

No one is happy when the guest is not happy! There is no money to compensate for non-realised expectations and loosed time. The meaning with vacation is to recreate with a good feeling all the time. This guest experience is opposite and every hotelier share that feeling with the guest and in the following lesson and learned exercise analyse happened...

Never in my life have I encountered a hotel staff and manager were more impolite, unhelpful, insulting than at this hotel. Never in my life I encountered a hotel manager that instead of apologizing came to blame and complain his hotel guests for being not nice to his staff and for arriving late (almost 10pm). I only wanted to leave this...

For six years working we had thousands of quests but never experienced a case like. I have been called by our reception girls Radha around 10.30pm. She was crying and told me she has been almost attacked by one guest. Here is the story seen by many witnesses in the restaurant close to the hotel. 1. Guest arrived by the...

The lovely ladies (and man) at Beach Inn Massage literally had me walking on air every time I walked out of there after a pamper. Gorgeous staff, heavenly oil massages and Thai foot massage, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Clean premises and really cheap rates. My girlfriend tried somewhere else at the beginning of our stay (nowhere as good as...

We stayed at Beach Inn Bungalows for our honeymoon in November 2014. It was such a delightful place. Just crossing the road into an alley would bring you to the beach, so you can easily come back to your room for a shower. The bungalow itself was very clean and private, came with a fridge and kettle. We would get...

We stay here every time we go to Thailand now, it is very clean, comfortable & staff are very friendly. The price is just right & it's just a short walk across the road to the beach. We like it because we go at Xmas time & as its a smaller place it's not so busy. Even though it is on...

I decided to stay because of tripadviser review. I don't recommend to stay during low season. Room are OK, but bathroom is not clean which seems not to use for a long time. Reception lady found that safe box was closed. She told me that she would open it for me. It never happened. So I couldn't use it. Internet...

“Rooms at the back are a bit quiter, even though the front rooms aren't really noisy, the ones at the back will be a bit quiter.”

“The restuarant next door plays until about 10pm, I always enjoyed it - especially the live music as it's really good musicians. I would open my door even to be able to hear it more. If you are a light sleeper that need to sleep before 10pm then this may not be the best location for you. However”

“We loved our room which is referred to as the one with 'sea views' - it's on the top floor and has three separate windows that let in a lot of nice light. Some nights it can get a little bit noisy because of the next door bar but they turn off their music at a reasonable hour so it didn't bother us! It was room 5.”
