Perfect place to stay for Champagne hunting. Enjoyed the clean room, great swimming pool (my granddaughter loved it) and very nice people at the reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. Only draw back: service in the restaurant was extremely slow!

A luxurious hotel with very comfortable rooms and communal areas. Dining room is quite posh and dinner was of the highest standard, served with exquisite panache. Everything is carefully and freshly prepared, so a relaxed approach to dinner is essential.

Stayed here on our first night of a motorcycle tour. It's the sort of out-of-the-way place you'd have to know about before hand, because it's off the beaten track, in spite of being on the Champagne trail. I certainly went passed many familiar Champagne house names. Hotel good, food good, breakfast excellent. Why do French scrambled eggs taste (generally) so... More

We stayed on our return from the Swiss Alps. The hotel is dated and if we return we would stay in the new part of the hotel over the road. We have two Labradors and requested a ground floor room which we got. Notwithstanding that the hotel is tired the restaurant and food were very good. The restaurant was full... More

Food is fantastic, but staff seems to live in the past, no Feeling with guests. Especially headwaiter and sommeliere needs to growe up. Been there several times unfortunately seems the staff to be heading downhill, but the Food are stil outstanding

I have visited this hotel and restaurant a fair amount of times now - in fact when in France i try and find a way to get a night here - mainly for the amazing food! The hotel is within a very pretty and picturesque champagne village with some amazing scenery to be had if you walk out the back... More

The hotel is situated in a nice little village in the Champagne region. However, for a four star hotel, the room we had was quite dated, especially the bathroom and the separate toilet. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is however quite pricey, so we ended up driving to Châlons-en-Champagne for our dinner due to lack of alternatives in... More

Little to say about the hotel other than competent and adequate. Reams (not Reims) however could be written about the restaurant. Everything was just so. This is what a good french restaurant should be like. The staff were precise, attentive and helpful. The dishes we ate were delightful and elegant. At the conclusion of the evening one felt one had... More
