Hotel absolutely too expensive compared standing offered, not maintained, aging, slow service at the restaurant, not well cleaned.

Positive points:
- build over a (volcanic sand) beach giving on a coral (100 mt. far) bottom where snorkelling is very pleasant.
- meals are correct
- swimming pool (but dirty)
- room are spacious

Negative points:
- rooms are aging, sometimes stinking (both rooms where I was were). Air conditioning not always well built (water flow on the interior room wall)
- minibar management "opaque", price list not always easy to see. Everything is for sale: no complimentary water even at check in
- wifi missing in rooms and almost not working at the reception: very difficult to download even few mails
- restaurant service is very slow, even if few guests are in. Menu prices too high compared local prices and anyway meal level
- breakfast too expensive compared available choice (fruits, eggs, some baked foods, few cheeses and hams)
- swimming pool definitely dirty: sun cream halos at the surface, floating hairs, not well identified small solid stuffs. It seems that either filtering circuit is undersized compared to swimming pool dimension or it's used rarely

In summary this hotel is under the average and surely not a 3 stars, and due to the price requested compared to its standing it's definitely better to look for a "chambre d'hôte", a "gite" or, anyway, a different accommodation that, at least, will be less expensive (for a similar standing).
We remained there just because they offered 2 free nights (pay attention: the offer is valid just if you stay in HB a minimum number of days and moreover this information were not specified on the quotation the hotel sent to us) and because other accommodations were full.

I went there to enjoy the swimming pool and have a lunch and it was a pleasant experience. Not being able to speak french very much was not an issue here. The pool was very clean and looks exactly as good as it does in the pictures. I paid 20 Euro for swimming, lunch with Grilled fish and chocolat cake and a Perrier. Compared with the other places I have eaten that is surely a bargain in this pricey Mayotte. The bar/restaurant area is a very good place to sit and enjoy the afternoon. Seems there is BBQ on weekends so will surely be back :-)

hotel is fabauluosly located (though very far) on a hilltop with amazing views but the water was out and we were told to close the shutters for security reasons as night room was not feeling fresh an AC that was not good to make you feel chilled restaurant was very good though (not cheap) and staff very friendly. Pool area breakfast were also OK, it is just the room and that is basically the thing you need the most.

The hotel is situated very fare from the center like 40 min by car 45-50€ with taxi to arrive. When you arrive receptioniste doesnt understand french very well and english 0. They dont have no service to bring your laguages they have no ramp only stairs . Very hard if you are tired and have big laguage.
The room is big but on my opinion the towels are looking very bad like no 3 stars hotel no ameneties in the bathroom only 2 small soap.
Restaurant : for dinner we must wait 1 hour only for the antree.
I know this is Africa but they have prices very big like a 4-5 stars hotel and they give you service like 1 star
I dont recomand but i dont know if you can find better place to stay because they dont have to many hotels
The price for one night its 135€ and in my opinion deserve 50€

A cabana style hotel close to the sea and set in a tropical garden with Baobab trees.
Reception could speak English and were helpful.
My room was big with AC, free wifi, mini bar and TV but there was no tea or coffee making facilities. There was a nice balcony area.with a good view of the bay.
The bathroom was nice and clean. The room could do with a bit of redecorating.
Dinner was OK but breakfast was rather basic.
Generally a good hotel but it is isolated and about 45mins from the city.

if you want to visit the island on your way from the airport to the hotel then this will be your choice. Nice hotel with good restaurant although a bit pricy. Swimmin Pool is not heated and sea at the beach is rather rough. Breakfast service could be better in choice and faster in service as you wait long for replenishment of buffet food.

This hotel is located above Sakouli beach, down some steps from the hotel. There is a scenic stand of baobab trees down there. My room was big with a fridge and a bathtub, but could have used a bit of renovation. The food is good at dinner. Breakfast tends to run out of eggs and doesn't have a large pastry selection, and no decent fruit juices. There are half a dozen lemurs that visit the property in the morning and evening looking for guests with bananas. Wifi is slow but functional, only in the common areas (not the rooms).

The hotel is rather remote, requiring a ferry ride and a very long drive due to constant traffic. The common areas are nice. The staff does not speak English, making communication difficult. Internet was only available in the lobby and bandwidth was extremely limited. There were frequent power outages.

Our room was large, with a large deck overlooking the ocean. However, the room smelled of mold and black mold can be seen on the walls. The room was poorly maintained and could really use new paint. The furniture, however, was nice.

Breakfast was very poor, with limited selections, bees all over the fruit, and poor service. The food and service in the dining room was better than breakfast.

I would have difficulty recommending this hotel.

Went here, felt this hotel was quiet neglected. The location of the hotel is awesome , but food is not so good. Also, if you have better options out there, please choose those and avoid this because this hotel is completely avoidable.
