What a nice guest house in Springbok in the Northern Cape among the wild flowers. This accommodation has lovely views of the mountains and wild flowers that grow during end July, August, and September. The staff are friendly and professional and keep the rooms in a clean condition. All arrangements we made for our accommodation via e-mail were carried out... More

Friendly greeting and we were quickly shown to our room, which was of a generous size and well presented with a good comfortable bed and pleasant ensuite. Furnishings were of a good standard and breakfasts were well cooked and quickly served. A minor gripe would be that an extension had been carried out to the end of our room and... More

Exceptional service. Accommodation was very clean and beautifully presented. The room was spacious and had all that was needed for an enjoyable stay. Karoo hospitality at its best. Maggie the owners hands on approach is evident in the quality of the service rendered. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

We arrived on a stinking hot day and the room was cool without the air conditioning being on. Good design. The room was comfortable apart from the oddity of the bed being two single beds attached together to be a king bed. This isn't unusual, but the beds were made up with single sheets as two separate beds (instead of... More

We stayed here with our two children (9 and 13) en route from Windhoek to Cape Town. The guesthouse is peaceful, clean and the staff and owner are very helpful. We enjoyed the small pool - December is v hot here - and were given good dinner recommendations. Thank you.

I made a reservation for the 18th of August 2015. I told the receptionist that we would arrive at about 7 0'clock the evening of the 18th. I asked her how far is Springbok from the Namibian border? She answered 200km. It is actually 113km. She did not know. Then the guesthouse called me at 6 o'clock on the evening... More

I was disappointed in this guesthouse. Was expecting more from a 4 star facility. Especially after so many excellent places that were 3 star. Rooms were adequate, nice linen. Bathroom was dirty- shower corners need a good scrub and mould on the window tiles behind blinds. Towels small and hard. Crappy bath mat. No wifi - we had to call... More

For an overnight stop-over en route to/from Namibia and Cape Town, located away from traffic noise, best room with space and excellent view is at southern end of rooms (could be cold in winter). Wi-Fi is fine but internet access unreliable. Excellent breakfast offering, beautifully presented and with friendly service. Helpful, personalised owner-based management (early-2015). Convenient parking.

I agree with most of the review by Trevor H. The room was a good size but the shower was defnitely in need of some tlc & for four stars we certainly expect toiletries in the bathroom & not two mismatched plastic glasses. The view from our room was of the mountain & the grounds includng the swimmimg pool were... More
