We visited Nottingham Road Hotel in December 2016. First of all, the area is lovely with allot of attractions and things to do and see. The hotel can be found easily. It is a lovely old building with history and heritage that have been renovated over the years. It has a nice old world charm ans character to it. There...

We visited the Midland Meander as part of a family reunion and booked the Nottingham Road Hotel in memory of our late Brother in Law whom visited it regularly on the way to inter division lawn balls competitions. Well we had an excellent time , not a new hotel so furnishings were dated but all worked, were clean and comfortable....

We also own a family hotel, the pub had a lovely atmosphere in it when we arrived quite late. We were served an excellent meal in the restaurant that evening and our room was very comfortable. everything a guest required. Very good value for money including the breakfast was well presented and tasty. Will certainly recommend it.

The new rooms are quite nice, but a bit overpriced for what is on offer. The rooms are quite small, no aircon, a bit noisy, but nicely furnished and neat. The Restaurant is quite nice, but the quality of the food and the service could improve slightly.

We got lost looking for the place, maybe because I was the one giving directions but eventually we got there. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. It was too noisy when we arrived, I could not concentrate. I had imagined it would be a peaceful night away but it was not for the first hour. The place has that...

This hotel has a great location, and the "old colonial house" atmosphere is lovely. Also, the bar area was really nice. Bed was uncomfortable and because very light doors were installed, the hallway noise (children running etc) was a bit of a bother.

Friendly staff, good food, spacious rooms. What more can you ask for in a hotel. The rooms are well decorated and homely and the hot tub was a pleasant surprise. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Will definitely be back!

Spent Christmas at the hotel and it was OK. We booked into the new garden suites and had a great room, only time your showers because if you shower at the popular time chances are there will be no water pressure. The food and service we received was good and the bar is well supported so drink up and meet...
