Found it at the last minute and....a surprise. Absolutely good location a stone's throw from the cable car (200m). Clean and functional rooms. There is everything you need for a stay to remember. Excellent and plentiful sweet and savory breakfast. Comfortable bed. Professional and familiar staff present. Covered parking €5/day 20m from the hotel where you can literally leave your car without worries. You can't park your car on the street at night but with the indoor parking you don't need to. Ski and boot storage just outside the hotel or at the mountain refuge.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my partner and my 2 year old son and it was a real delight in many ways. First, I would like to highlight the high standard of professionalism and kindness of the staff. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I felt like I was greeted with genuine friendliness and a dedication to customer service that goes beyond expectations. The staff, throughout the bar and reception, not only proved competent in handling our requests, but also provided useful advice on places to visit, thus creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Moving on to the rooms, the level of comfort provided was simply extraordinary. Every detail seemed to have been carefully taken care of and its cleanliness was impeccable, helping to create a warm, relaxing and pleasant environment in which to rest. Nice cozy Hotel close to the ski lift (200m walk), free ski lockers, nice restuarant, good value. Hotel has a pool table, bar and common area. Sauna available at 10euros PP - needs to be pre booked 45 min slot. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and very warm.

The food is fantastic. We ate for 8 nights at the hotel restaurant and we were never served the same dish. dishes all different, elaborate and great! We had a wonderful holiday time at Renzi hotel with our family and friends. Kids and family- friendly place where you can enjoy your free time with a glass with aperol-spiritz in your hand, always seeing the hotel's owner smiling. Very helpful and kind workers who made our vacations so special. Although everything and everyone deserves an award, for us the biggest congratulations should go to the cook and his/her team and of course very friendly waiters. The food was just marvelous. We had never eaten such perfect italian home dishes as those. Thanks to them our dinner time was an unique suprise everyday. Having a ski lift so close to the hotel, just after breakfast we could take our legs up to the hill and enjoy val di sole's sun. Perfect place for perfect holidays. Hope to come back there one day :)

A very disappointing experience unfortunately despite very kind and helpful staff! Rooms: 15m2 - We were in 2 + a small child of 2 years. The room too small having 2 suitcases + stroller closed inside the room you no longer move. Hot water: An unacceptable if not scandalous fact that in 2024 the hotel will turn off both the heating (and all right, considering that at night you die from the heat and you can not adjust anything) but also the hot water (!!!) from 09:30 onwards, justifying the fact that all guests from 09:30 are on the slopes and the hotel empty! I consider this unacceptable as one may also have different needs or simply want to wash their small baby after changing diapers and therefore must use cold water when outside does below 0?!!! And this fact is NEITHER reported anywhere and not even notify you when you arrive so, at least, you can organize on time even if one when he goes on vacation precisely GOES ON HOLIDAY and does NOT have to follow schedules! The spacious and renovated bathroom was a pity that every time to take a shower the entire cabin was dismantled and the water leaking out flooded everything. Very welcoming hotel, family atmosphere, helpful, friendly and efficient staff. The superlative cuisine. The well heated rooms, possibility of having connecting rooms. Excellent value for money.
