Terrible. Hotel is a ramshackle of a place. Okay for a a chap travelling on his own and just using for a place to lay his head for night or two. Unfortunately I couldn't get flights out so had to spend a whole day in the dump. Views from the room looked liked like the aftermath of an aerial assault.... More

We drove in at night and found this hotel by chance. Rooms are reasonable and big and clean. Located at the old part of Bintulu. Food at the coffee house is not bad and the staff was friendly. There is a waterfront at the back of the hotel facing the jetty.

air condition doesn't work well because it's older than yourself. some room is spacious, bathroom door is those dodgy tinted glass door which makes it look cheap. breakfast is crap and you need to go to lobby to get coupon every morning which doesn't makes sense.

This hotel used to be called Regency Hotel once very popular due to its strategic location in old town. However, the new owner is taking too long time to renovate the rooms and hotel, which I believe many customers commented negatively especially the furniture and the smell in the room. The rate seem cheap but during my last stay in... More

The hotel is a little bit run down, but still comfortable to stay. The extra pillow smelled like someone else have used it, and called for replacement. The room service is really fast and the hotel staff are friendly. Just downstairs is a food court so no need to go very far to eat.

Hotel needs some money spent on it. The paint in the rooms is old and peeling off the wall, the furnishings are well worn. Bed sheets thread bare. The room smells musty. I had decent service from the check in staff. I didn't bother eating in the hotel, the restaurant didn't seem inviting. I would rather stay elsewhere for the same... More
