It's definitely worth visiting the official Villa Oria website as the photos here definitely do not do it justice! For stunning views, a beautiful pool and terrace, warm hospitality, & AMAZING breakfasts you need look no further. Brilliant value for money. I would absolutely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Perched at the top of a hill in Poggio Mirteto sits a B&B treasure; with its floral and brick frontage and panoramic terrace, Villa Oria is a small-country traveler's dream. We were warmly welcomed by the family of the B&B who happily shared a carafe of wine, biscotti and conversation about the estate, despite our late afternoon arrival. Our master... More

The view is amazing! We had our own little piece of Italy for our time there. Sergio and his family were so hospitable. The cooking class was spectacular as well. We learned to make such amazing things....I would never have attempted pasta. I would highly recommend this space and I will most certainly be back!

A very quiet countryside residence, run by a very kind and helpful family, ideal for short or long stay, they have rooms or nice apartments with a pool and a beautiful view.

We stayed here at the end of a long cycling trip from Florence. What a beautiful place. The welcome we received was warm, the room was so comfortable and i'll remember the breakfast for a long time. Excellent, and such good value. Thank you Sergio and to your family. The day we left, the owner gave us a lift to... More

After a week in Rome, my husband & I spent a week at Villa Oria. It was such a nice, relaxing place to come to after being in the busy city. Sergio and his family couldn't have been nicer or more hospitable. We loved them! We were lucky enough to stay in their cottage in front of the main house.... More

Only 40 minutes from Roma you are in an incredible countryside: olive trees, gentle hills, the view spans for kilometres. The old family house has been perfectly refurbished, the rooms are nice and well furnished, the swimming pool ideal for relax. Sergio takes care about you warmly and his mother makes excellent cakes! They produce oil of a single cultivar,... More
