We loved the place. The house is gorgeous, the rooms have a lovely view of the beautiful garden, the bathrooms are spacious with good showers. Christine pays attention to the tiniest details, such as changing the flower in the room every day, leaving mineral water and tea in the room. We were welcomed at the gorgeous garden with some nice...

When you drive up to this mansion it takes your breath away. The view from the back is equally impressive and we enjoyed a drink with Christine on the terrace. Our hostess was so welcoming and made us feel at home as she spoke good English. Our bedroom was on the top floor and enjoyed beautiful views over the grounds....

Fabulous stay at Domaine de Pellerey. Christine and Phillippe are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious with Phillippe's homemade jams and Christine's cakes. The house and grounds are clean, beautiful and very quiet. Christine's suggestion of the the restaurant a short walk up the road was great -- walking "home" after dinner on the country roads with a...

After a torrential downpour, we found our way to de Pellerey! Phillippe greeted us in very formal French, and we answered in broken French! Straight away he realised we wernt frim around these parts and spoke fluent english! It was great to know that many French people actually come to stay here as well. A testament to how good it...

We were lucky to find and stay several nights in this wonderful place. You stay in the great mansion with very pleasant and caring owners. The house is very old and charming with nice park, but has all modern amenities including really fast WiFi. The whole house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and breakfast is excellent, nicely presented and tasteful....

Christine and Philippe have a wonderful B and B settled into a lovely country valley close to Nuits Saint George. They treat you as family although only just meeting you and are helpful and informed. The house is a blend of upgraded niceties like wifi and remodelled washrooms but with a traditional library for reading Voltaire or grounds for strolling....

The few pictures we had seen on the Internet didn't pay justice to the property. There is a new web site now that was put up after our stay that has a lot more pictures. The house is big and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom of the room "La Nourotte" is huge and includes double sink, walk-in shower, a...

Stayed here (two couples) in beginning of June and was breathtaken with this B&B. Located in an old Domaine, it is renovated to high standards. Very large rooms with adjoining bathrooms. Nice view of park or front court. Excellent breakfast and not least perfect service from the very friendly couple running the place. The advices of vineyards, restaurants and excursions...

If you're driving in Burgundy and like the B&B experience this place is a good choice. We had a room upstairs that was large and comfortable enough (weather had changed to very unseasonably cold for May and it was a little difficult to get heat but we are from California). Rooms are separated enough from the main residence to feel...

Selfishly, I want to keep Domaine de Pellerey a secret, my own CIA safe house that no one knows about but me. But Christine and Phillippe Roquelet, the owners of this magnificent centuries old manor house that they share with us deserve better. This is the home of the uncle of Gustave Eiffel (yep, the Eiffel tower guy) and where...
