We were in 4, we came on high season of " ferragosto". First impression was not special, we're welcome with the man on reception ( there's smell not nice of sweat ). Anyway we went to the room, we have 2 differents room, fortunatelly i got the good one ( san vito). The food was so and so, not like typical mountain food, but international, breakfast was discreet ( poor variety of croissants. The Bad one came on 15 august on dinner time, the time service was too long ( i decided to leave after Main course. Spa and pool was great. Service restaurant was the best ( specially ROLANDO ) YOU ARE THE BEST. For All my valutation are 4 points. We will come back to revalutation, we wish next year.
Excellent hotel. The food is amazing. Location is perfect and near Lago di Braies. It has free parking for guests and the balcony view was beautiful. Totally recommend this place. The bedroom was super confortable.
Highly recommend this hotel. The service and atmosphere here is really lovely and welcoming. Our expectations were really surpassed. We arrived around 9 in the evening, and Marion kindly prepared some us sandwiches as we had missed dinner and had just had a long journey, this was hugely appreciated. The sauna and pool area was excellent, and we felt that those services were that of a luxury hotel. The hotel was also spotless and very clean. We had a room with a balcony, which was lovely and spacious, - the bathroom is a very good size. My only criticism of the room would be the curtains as they didn't really block a lot of light, so it was very bright in the morning. As a hiker, I was very impressed by the backpack and hiking poles hanging up in our room. The extra personal touches like this made all the difference at this hotel, - such as having our names hand-written on our welcome pack, a wooden heart on the table in the restaurant with our room number attached, and also the bag in your room with your swimming towels is a very thoughtful and practical idea. We loved to read about the history of the hotel and that it is still being run by the same family. We could not fault this hotel, and felt so relaxed and revitalised staying here, we really did not want to leave! Look forward to staying here again sometime in the near future.…
The hotel is prefect for challenging hikes. The wellness area is relaxing and has a beautiful setting looking out to the fields and hills. They have a nice bar to have drinks in and different rooms for dining. One is a glass winter garden, one like a living room and the other like a cafeteria. The food is served in all three rooms and the meals are well prepared and of quality. The hotel has a very good customer service but the culture fit was very different among employees. A little bit of uniquess is O.K. but certain emotional intelligence skills could be improved on.
Very attractive place, new looking throughout, super clean , very friendly staff, beautiful location, beautiful pool sauna etc, set in a countryside setting 7 minutes from highway, good value for money , food very good, reasonably priced drinks and wine. Summer visit
It's not only a pleasure to stay in a comfortable well run hotel but it's an added bonus when the host is knowledgeable and willing to always assist with any queries no matter how trivial We stayed for 4 nights in a seekofl suite. Very well appointed and spacious with wonderful valley views. There were two flatscreen TVs in our suite, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. The wifi is good. We took half board. While the food is not gourmet it is abundant and there is plenty of choice. After a day out hiking in the area it's great to come back to comfort and be well fed. The walks around the area are world class and the host is extremely knowledgable about the area. I would highly recommend a stay here for a couple or a family with children
I stayed here as part of Canada's National Fly Fishing Team in the summer of 2011. Our stay here was fantastic with clean rooms and fantastic scenery. A nice family run business with great hospitality. The food was very good and the beer great too!
This family run hotel is well managed with large, clean rooms. The family is very caring about their guests. food is plentiful and served well. A great place to stay on the doorstep of some fabulous trekking around the Lago de Braies area.
Situated at the edge of a small village, in a green valley with gorgeous views, this hotel had a great charm. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable, bathrooms were state of the art. Most rooms have balconies ,which were overflowing with flowers when we visited in the third week of September. We could hear the church bells and cow-bells from the valley. The hotel is on the road to Lago de Braies (walking distance if you are fit) , but the road is very quiet at night. The food was plentiful (supper is a five-course affair; in the morning, one chooses one of two options for that evening's meal.) and great packed lunches were provided for a reasonable fee for our hiking trips. The owners were very nice and accomodating. The Alto Adige area has a great system of public transport -there is even a bus going to Tres Cines. The area is a bit remote from larger towns; this was not a drawback to us but might be for disco-goers.…
