The hotel needs upgrading and refreshing. The rooms were musty . The bathtubs did not have a safety grab bar or non skid mat at the bottom and water from the shower wet the outside floor quite easily, this could be dangerous. The meals were not impressive.

I can not give a appraisal of the rooms. I arrived early and room was not ready. So went for lunch which was excellent. After which I went back to checkin at 15.00 hrs. They were still not sure if the room was ready and I was met with poor and a condescending attitude which was totally unexpected and the...

Dear guest, First, we would like to thank you for your feedback which is extremely important to us. Concerning your room, the front desk staff always double check the rooms, calling our housekeeping staff upstairs, which can take a few minutes, for everything to be perfect for our guests. Apparently, there was a little misunderstanding during that few minutes since...

Wonderful hotel. Must have been grand in its days! Great locations with access to tiny and cozy beach alongside Lili's Bar. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are spacious and big. The bed is great as is the bathroom. Schoelcher is 30 minutes from Fort-de-France so make sure you ahve 30 EUROS to taxi to the hotel from airport or...

I rated this as average because it wasn't what I would say as "Very Good", but I would say slightly better than "Average" as well. We booked in here for a week recently. It was relatively easy to find from the airport - just stay on the motorway and take the exit on the second round about by the Casino....

We booked here partly to be able to play tennis. The tennis courts shut years ago. Food is good. Staff have been mixed some unfriendly and some friendly. Food is okayish. Views are nice and beach is small.

The superior room was smelling , old furnished . Reclamation ignored from the front desk manager. Not willing to help at all. Recommended a restaurant who was closed . We left even we paid in advance.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. It is clean and the setting is lovely. The staff are helpful and I enjoy the food served in the hotel restaurant and the atmosphere in the West Indies Bar. My major issue was with the WIFI - it was the worst WIFI that I have ever experienced. Dropped out all...

This hotel is totally outdated, no renovations for ages. We arrived to the lobby at 13:45 and asked for check-in. Lady, who was everything but polite told me that check-in is at 3pm. When I showed her booking confirmation where was written 2pm she just told me that "it's not 2pm". Then we had to wait until 3pm - I...

We just stayed at this hotel for one night, and if you just need to stay somewhere for a night going somewhere else it is ok. As far as actually going here as a part of having a nice vacation, DON'T. It might look nice with the pool in the pictures, as well as the "private" beach. The pool is...

We spent seven nights at this hotel. We received a very nice and large room at 4th floor with sea view. Room was very clean, although the furniture was a little bit old. No problem with carpet odor or others odors. Very good breakfast (15 euros/person if not included in the room price). If you are a very early person...
