The landscape around this hotel is amazing. It looks almost beautifully desert-like, and very peaceful (although you can actually hear the highway, it’s not a bother). The pool was a great cool-off, but a bit grubby and needed cleaning. The restaurant was OK, and so were the staff. But I wouldn’t necessarily eat here if you weren’t also staying.

We stopped here just for the one night whilst travelling. Such a beautiful little place. It wont be your kind of place if you like the 5 star experience with all the mod cons. This is very Rurale and Rustic. The staff are extremely friendly (it may have helped my wife is from the area) They have an impressive pool which is quite big. You need a car as there is nothing withing walking distance. Just down the road there is a beautiful beach. If we pass through this area we will definitely stay here again

Wonderful small resort near the nice and pleasant village of Teulada. The hosts Francesco, Gloria and Carla really make you feel at home and they create an excellent atmosphere. Small restaurant that serves some very good Sardinian dishes with beautiful local cannonau wines. Dinner is served under a starry night next to the pool. Nice apartment with spacious rooms, airco and fridge. Spiaggia di Tuerredda, probably Sardinia's best beach, is only a 15 km drive.

I had been looking at this resort for a couple of years now and was very excited about staying there - however I have to admit that it is not a nice place where to stay and very poor value for money compared to other places I have staid in the same price range. In general, it seems as if the structure is a bit run down. 1. the staff/management is completely apathetic - forget any particular attention/customer service, as soon as we arrived when asking information on the area the person at the reception started immediately to talk badly about the area and Sardinian people (he is not from Sardinia) being extremely dismissive of local traditions and cultural events - it was extremely inappropriate. 2. we were allocated the room for people with disabilities, with no mention of it when we checked in or earlier when we did the booking that that was the only option. The bathroom was terrible and (unless you have special needs) extremely uncomfortable, with an old shower that had a plastic rail and old curtain (all grey at the bottom). the room in itself was big but the exact opposite of cosy: nothing on the walls, one of the walls was ruined and had a long line painted over in a slightly different color (maybe because of humidity), of three lights in the bathroom only one was working, there was no suitcase stand, towels were old and some threadbare. The room was quite stuffy but impossible to keep the window door open as there are no mosquito nets, so the only option is to have the very noisy AC on for a while. 3. the swimming pool was not cleaned very well, in particular in the area with the water massaging jets where there seemed to be a vast collection of dead insects in the sitting area/steps of pool. The lounge chairs are old, extremely uncomfortable and there are no cushions that you can borrow to put over them in order to be comfortable. some of them are broken. 4. worst of all was the breakfast - I felt that for the price we were charged it was shocking to have such a poor breakfast composed by the usual array of small hero jams and nutella (that you usually find in cheap hotel, in the small plastic containers), pastries and bread that were obviously frozen and then warmed up with the microwave and turned out to be extremely chewy, no fruits, the usual thin slices of cheese and ham that again you would expect to find in a much cheaper hotel. This place is in Sardinia, an Italian region with an amazing array of cakes, breads, cheeses etc and a fantastic culinary tradition. Whenever we stayed in other places in Sardinia we were always presented with fresh fruits, breads, different types of cheese and cold meats, fresh cakes or traditional biscuits etc. these are not expensive things to offer to guests (you only need to go to any bakery to realize how cheap things are) and it really felt as they were doing everything they could to cut the costs. 5. we booked this place (and not a fancy resort by the beach or a flat in one of the villages) because we wanted to relax and it promised to be quiet. However, one evening we had to go out and ask people who were outside the restaurant to stop making so much noise (there was no concern from the staff of the restaurant of the fact that people were singing/screaming well past midnight). Our last evening, it turned out to be a Karaoke evening...and we were never told!!! so after 12:30 we went to talk to the restaurant manager and asked him to turn down the music, then we had to call twice after 1pm before they eventually reduced the volume to a level where you could at least try and sleep (with some background music of course). I have to say that we would have never chosen this place if we had known that 'animation' or any type of such activities would be 'on the menu' - we try and avoid it as much as possible. Anything good? the lady who was doing the cleaning was extremely nice and helpful.

The resort, organised as a small "borgo", is beautiful, in a very quiet location not far from Teulada and the beaches near Chia. Rooms are very spacious and clean, good quality dinner, breakfast can be improved. Rooms, restaurant, pool are sorrounded by green and rosemary plants, which are very pleasant especially at evenings.
