This Hotel in Juja offered very poor services during my Friend's graduation ceremony on November 29th.
Terrible food! Very little for the package, dishonest and arrogant management, who really responded poorly to our complains...
I wouldn't recommend anyone to hold a party or any kind of an event there.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week, I found the rooms tolerable, although the mosquito net wasn't the best, the hot water was marginal. On the plus side, I thought the food was pretty good at the restaurant, and the people were friendly, The price was right. I thought their Covid mitigation was good, with temp checks and numerous hand wash stations.

Among the best hotels in Thika county.I enjoyed delicious chicken and excellent French frys Free wifi.Nyama choma is ever ready and fresh and Executive rooms with DSTV.Prices are friendly.with well trained personnel. Large Car Packing area.Centurion is a beautiful hotel with smart conference halls.

Poor services...Guys avoid this hotel if you're along Thika Road...first of... the watchmen are bullies and they have the worst services ...have been bullied for more than three times....WORST HOTEL IN THIKA ROAD!!

Rooms were too noisy, because there is a highway next to it and rooms don't block sound at all. Also the service was poor, check-in was slow and they did not want to show the rooms to us first. Bedroom was pretty okay but the toilet was not good in my opinion.
