Unfortunately, the room and the facilities were a big minus for a 3 week stay. I got to stay in a room where I could not tell whether it was day or night. It was dark, old and not well maintained. There was no power socket close to the bed so you can forget about charging your phone and using...

Stayed here for 2nights to attend our 3-day training. (+) 1. Shuttle bus to nearby areas 2. A bit close to Nuvali 3. You can request for additional pillows and blankets for free 4. Free buffet breakfast (-) 1. Service can be better. The guys in the front desk are polite except for the 2 ladies who need customer service...

Rooms are big, but dated. Staff are kind and on standby but not empowered and proactive enough... It can be much better. Corridors don't have aircons and so it was very hot as you stepped out of your rooms in this summer weather. Food was average. Overall, good enough for a night's stay to sleep.

We had a 2 days event held here and though the hotel is a bit dated the service that they accord is makes up for it. The food is 👍 to the delight of the participants. The rooms are ok though a bit dated again but very spacious. Its near Paseo de Sta. Rosa which is a shopping haven.

It is a very average hotel & not near to the city center. The rooms do not have much sun light. Though the rooms are quiet big but are very basic. In case some one is looking for luxury, please choose some other place. The Hotel has just 1 restaurant & bar, food options are quiet less. before selecting the...

We had a convention here for 2d1n and it so happened I was with my friends in the industry so we were lucky enough to be booked here by our companies. However, the convention venue was not large enough to accomodate the attendees, the floor mattresses were dirty and the facilities were a bit old. The food was not palatable...

The room was clean and just right but I find the rate expensive for the total hotel experience but this is the cheapest hotel we found that is near Paseo de Sta. Rosa and Nuvali which are our primary destination for that weekend. I also find their web booking convenient since I had a fast transaction via their website and...

First off, this hotel is apparently 11 years old. Not sure if that was some random number the staff told me, but after experiencing few broken appliances in our room, only then it made sense. We had a spontaneous road trip as a family with kids and stayed here for a night. This hotel has a bigger sister hotel just...

I am a very generous reviewer most days. But not today. I stayed here twice this week. I thought my first experience was maybe just bad luck.....the second was worse. The room was clean....but had water dripping from the floor above into the bathroom. The airconditioner was loud and didn't cool the room. The suitcase holder is directly under the...

I stayed here for the The Bull runner marathon. The hotel is a bit old and smells old but it is okay if you are not staying here for leisure. We just spent one night and it was doable. Nothing amazing. Just an okay place to spend the night.

“Go for the pool view rooms, it is better than any other view, rather no view from other rooms apart from factory sheds.”

“The deluxe rooms at the 3/F look gloomy. Color scheme is dark. If you are into paranormals, the color of the 3/F rooms might excite you. The colors of deluxe rooms at the 2/F are warmer more pleasing to the eyes. Be careful in choosing rooms with a terrace as you might share your terrace with someone from the next room. I'll share photos with you soon.”
