"Talk how you eat... is better...Life is beautiful...Live it". Greetings for you from Ischia

I stayed here for one night after Booking.com screwed up my booking. This place is a total ****hole. It's listed as having a 'fitness centre' and 'infinity pool'; it has neither! I arrived at my room to find the shower door inside the shower as pictured. And then found the bed sheets to be covered in hairs. The next morning, I was awkoen by a phone call at 7:30 I didn't request. After ignoring the call I had the management just casually walk into my room as if that was acceptable behaviour. After complaining to the management about all my issues they blamed it on booking late (that day) into the hotel. And offered me a coffee as compensation. When I complained to booking.com they lied and said they offered me a Spa Treatment as compensstion and then said they had changed the bed sheets for me. So they lied, in order to protect their revenue. Rather than provide acceptable service or make it up to the customer at the time, admiting to their failure and doing their best to rectify it. So this hotel is full of liars. And worse still Booking.com decided to take their side and support their false claims and offer me no compensation despite the blatant lies in the face of photographic evidence and false claims on their facilities within Booking.com Of course I'd suggest not staying here. It's a disgusting place anyway. The food is ***** and the pool is undesriable and extremely expensive for what you are paying. Additionally the restaurant staff are rude and don't offer any help if you're a 'foreigner' just wacking food on your table in front of you as if you're a problem.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was awesome. The most important thing is the location, which is near the port and bus station that allows you to move around the island. The room was big and clean. The food delicious and the staff very gentle I highly recommend it.

My 20 year old daughter and I chose the Bristol Terme because of a combination of the price, the reviews, and the location. We knew it was not an upscale hotel, but that was fine with us because we were just looking for a base from which to explore the island and also get some R & R that included beach time. We were very happy with our choice. The rooftop sun deck (which also had a nice shaded area) was lovely, as was the fact that we had our own small balcony with a table and two chairs. The hotel is about half a block from the beach and a very nice beachfront cafe where we sat outside for lunch under an awning and enjoyed the water view. We found lots of sea glass and interesting pieces of colored tile and shells a see walked along the beach. The area around the hotel was nice, as well.
