This hotel is located in a wonderful position overlooking a beach which seems to stretch forever with a gentle lapping sea. Two minutes down the road there are shops and cafes. Our room was a good size with a door to the balcony. The bathroom had a safety rail and rubber mat for the bath and a separate toilet which was a bonus if anyone was washing at the basin. There was also a sink for coffee/tea making facilities. Everywhere was spotless and the cleaners kept it so. All staff, particularly at Reception were efficient and helpful. The restaurant however, was not to our taste. The first night I had fish on black rice with a not very pleasant sauce. A French lady at the next table agreed that she didn't like it either and to send it back. I didn't but we ate out henceforth. We would certainly return but next time take a French dictionary for the restaurant!…
We booked a family suite "garden facing" (there is no actual garden). We were there in the summer on a reasonably warm day (25 Celcium) the air-conditioning in our suite was not working at all in either room. Having called the receiption a number of times and having being told a number of stories (they changed the setting and it will work soon, they will get a technician) nothing happened. When requested to speak to a manager was greated by an English speaking hotel employee who could not find a working solution confirmed that the Aircon did not function properly throughout the hotel. That seemed implausible given that it felt cool throughout the common areas. What shocked me in addition to the non working Aircon in an expensive hotel was that she offered me two drink vouchers even though there were four of us staying. On top of that the room itself even though is a suite is very small and is only fit for very short stays if travelling with children. Also, there was no actual shampoo or conditioner it was one of those dispenser things glued to the wall. Overall, we were rather disappointed. It is certainly very poor value for money. Not sure we would want to stay here again …
Lovely hotel! Great sea water spa - really relaxing. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Had (room service) dinner on the terrace while enjoying an exquisite sunset (photos attached). All necessary covid sanitary precautions were taken to make our stay v comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful
Simply put: I loved it. The crew is super friendly, the spa is a delight and the rooms charming. I visited in late autumn, no sun whatsoever, the sky as grey as the ocean, on which me and the other guests had a prime view when taking our breakfast in the cozy hotel dining room. It was raining most of the time, but that didn't spoil the fun in the least. I can also wholeheartedly recommend the hotel restaurant!
Great spa hotel situated very close to the beach and town with high quality facilities throughout Good menu choices well served, excellent breakfast Good bar The spa is large novel and very relaxingGive it a try
Superb Hotel in an enviable location. Beautiful views across the bay and superb spa facilities. The staff were friendly and the decor bright and modern. Good parking facilities too. Would definitely re visit.
the hotel and staff were to the finest even if we are of the not the types to require spa treatments or the like,it was a dream of a stay along with the fine food. There is little to say except to offer full praise for all features and professional approach to all its clients
I absolutely loved the way the rooms are set, each with its own balcony facing the sea; the rooms are quite private, well insulated and spacious. The spa offers a series of massages, body wraps, bubbling sea baths with aromatherapy etc..A hammam, a sauna plus a pool with sea water are at your disposal..The personnel is very professional and the equipment well looked after. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. I certainly would go back..
The Spa Marin is well located in front of the sea. We had room with sea view, spacious with balcony, gowns, slippers. The staff are welcoming and professional. There is a heated salt water pool with underwater jets, aqua beds, a high tech cardio fitness centre. Very good and various breakfast. The cuisine of the restaurant is very refined with delicate dishes in an elegant decor. We love the place and we'll visit it again
Another excellent stay at this fabulous hotel ! This is our third stay we absolutely love this place. The location, the facilities are first rate and the staff are always friendly and efficient. We always feel very relaxed and it seems that we have been there for weeks.
