I can honestly say, I've never felt more welcome, or more at home In a hotel. I lost my passport and there was issues with the temp which meant we had to extend our stay. The management and staff couldn't have been more helpful, making us comfortable, and helping with documents. I would highly recommend this hotel, and the lovely friendly staff that work here. Great stay. Thank you to all

We had great stay at Konakli Nergis. The room was bright, spacious and clean. I even liked the decoration. And the toilets were also neat. The food was excellent, there was variety of vegetables, salads, fruits and cakes, we couldn't make our mind. I recommend trying everything, you won't regret. They have the nicest coffee mashine coffee, I couldn't get enough. You can relax with a drink in you hand by the nice pool or at hotel beach by the sea. The staff are really kind and helpful, although they don't speak great English, they'll find a way to explain what they mean and make sure you understand them. All in all we had the most enjoyable stay here.

after travelling 16 hours to get to our resort we were very tired and thirsty. Arrival at the hotel after a two and a half transfer we were met by a very hostile young man receptionist who did not speak English or pretended not to, We are two ladies in our late 60s and were very thirsty when we arrived at the hotel so we asked if we could get a drink somewhere and his was reply was NO DRINK and not even water. the next day we went out and noticed a water container around the corner in reception even though he said NO DRINK. Our room was lovely and really clean and room staff happy and friendly, We were on all inclusive yet the pool bar was closed lunchtime and evening for two hours each but were told to go up to the restaurant bar to get a drink. To our horror we were refused a drink or ignored many times, this was reported to the manager who said he will arrange for the matter to be resolved, this did not happen. All the young barstaff were the rudest ive ever met in all the world and I have travelled extensively. Food in the hotel was all cold even chicken nuggets served up for evening meal. This hotel is advertised on English websites so lets cater a little bit more for the English not just for Russian and Polish. I am a retired chef and I know cheap food that was served to us,really not good.If we wanted any information about the area we had to go to Ali in the supermarket who spoke good English and not like any staff in the hotel. I have been to Turkey many times and have never been treated so bad anywhere else.We were so glad to get home so the immodiums would not have to be taken anymore. Worse hotel in all of the world DONT GO

The hotel is fine, its clean, but really could do with maybe a deep clean, The food is sometimes cold, but we always found something to eat, however it does get repetitive. The hotel has block A and B, we stayed in B, so cannot comment on Block A, The restaurant is in block A, so you have to walk to that but only takes a few mins. The bar serves cocktails, mojita, sex on the beach, baileys etc. The beer is ok and also soft drinks. The rooms are big and linen and towels are changed, regularly. The staff are helpful and they depend on your tips, so please leave them tips. You can walk maybe 8 mins and catch the bus into either Alanya 5 lira or across the road wait for the bus for managvat 12 lira. If you come out of the hotel and turn left follow the road to the left for 20 mins you will find mcdonalds and the centre, which is fab at night. If you come out of the hotel cross the road and go through the subway, maybe for 20 minutes is a turkish restaurant, they do amazing kebab or cheese and tomato kebab for less than 70p, if you cross the road to the garage you have a Migras with cafe and 24 hour shop, lots of things to do at night, or grab a taxi. Beach bar and private beach, follow the road to the right of the hotel and its has a sign on the gate, 2 pools so take your pick. I have tried to be honest, you do get noise from the hotels across the road and at the front and back of the hotel.
