This is a 5 star, classy hotel. It's not a typical tourist hotel. So if you would like a quiet relaxing stay, this hotel is for you. Kids are not usually allowed as guests, since the atmosphere should be kept calm. No running, shouting or screaming, so if you're a family with noisy, energetic kids this is not the place for you.
The hotel is decorated in a classic manner, with elements such as Thibaut wallpaper, polished tiles, smith master crafted railings and a central atrium with glass murals. The craftmanship quality is really good and the hotel is kept nice and clean.
Every room has its own unique expression, so you'll get a new experience each time you come here. The rooms is appartment sized (100-150 square metres).
I would encourage you to use the spa with Hamam treatment. There's also a salt-water pool with filtered and ozone treated sea-water. There is a private beach and pier if you enjoy having sand under your feet or swimming in the ocean.
The food is tasty and based on local dishes but made in a continental style. If you like wine, they have a good selection.
Finally, I would love to thank Yunus and the team for providing a memorable and pleasant stay at your hotel and spa.

Villa Augusto is owned by lithuanian owner who is focust on quality rather quantity.
Staff management is very professional. Any issue is dealt accordingly.
Yunus one of top managers was always helpful ant attentative.
Since its not all inclusive hotel drinks arent free here. Dinner options were great, however on Thursdays they serve only fish. It is a huge disadvantage. Some people dont eat fish. My brother then asked for pasta separetely.
I have also noticed some people smoking during breakfast in front of other guests. Smoking forbidden sign is a must. Another thing I noticed that hotel management should be more attentive - there were other people coming from the seaside through the garden to swim in the swimming pool. They wore tags from other hotels. Signs of tresspassing would be great..

Villa Augusto literally brings all ingredients for a luxury and relaxed holiday. Boutique style and size, personal attention from check-in to check-out, friendly staff, spacious suites, tasteful design of suites and public areas, beautiful garden, access to beach and sea, qualitative dishes, gym, spa, pool (sea water!) .....
A word of appreciation to head of service Mr Ilyas, overlooking each and every detail. He and his team turned my wife’s anniversary dinner into a remarkable event.
Just a pity that these great experiences are overshadowed by unacceptable high volume music and dj announcements of the neighbouring “all inclusive hotel”, which are not a hinder but a bit annoying.

An absolutely magnificent place. Small villa with 20 rooms. Right on the sea. Great service and great restaurant. The hotel exceeded our expectations! We took a room with a sea view, it turned out to be simply huge, with a large balcony, a living area and a large bathroom. The room has beautiful furniture, the design is beyond praise. All areas of the hotel are very thought out and everything is done with great taste. Breakfast is excellent. They make very tasty oatmeal! We took half board and highly recommend it. The dinners were great. Simply haute cuisine! Such European desserts cannot be found everywhere in Europe. Dinners are organized on the terrace right by the sea. The restaurant is also open for lunch, à la carte. A very large pool with sea water, warm enough, where we swam before bed.
The hotel has a beautiful small garden with sun loungers, where we were located by the sea. Quiet, palm trees. The hotel was not fully occupied, so it felt like we were almost alone. The SPA is excellent and very large. I went as many as 4 times. Very good. Yes, there is a big hotel next door that is noisy. If you take the base number, it will be audible. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday, a hotel for adults, no children. We are very pleased and will come again if the opportunity arises.

An ideal place for solitude and relaxation in the best European-Turkish version (so to speak)!
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the most demanding guest.
Interiors, kitchen, owners, spa, pool, beach... - the highest praise to the creators.
It is a pity that the hotel does not accept guests in the off-season.

Hotel Villa Agosto
What a delight. This hotel and spa oozes luxury, elegance and serenity. Deceptive by its insalubrious surroundings the hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty. As the glass doors slide open they reveal an interior of gleaming marble and polished wood opulence. A receptionist immediately acknowledges your arrival and you breathe a massive sigh of relief!
This beautiful, family run, boutique hotel offers 20 exclusive bedrooms and suites and an impeccable service. It delivers on absolutely every level from the exclusive Spa with treatment packages, a salt room, sauna, pool and expert masseur to the well-equipped gym with exercise machines as well as a huge range of free weights and upper body options.
The salt-water pool is immaculately clean and shimmers invitingly by day and is gloriously lit at night. The pool beds are set discreetly apart and out number the guests so you never have to ‘bag a bed’ or even worry that you won’t have one by the pool.
As the hotel nestles by the sea, it not only has an ocean view, but also is a two-minute walk through beautiful gardens to the beach. Pool beds, should you prefer, also over-look the sea and have the benefit of a cooling breeze, most welcome in the summer months.
Wonderfully quiet, the hotel has an adult only policy, so no screaming or splashing by the pool or being dive-bombed by errant youths or overgrown childish parents!
The piece de resistance, however, is the quality and variety of the food. The hotel rates include half-board and the meals are exquisite. The breakfast buffet is a beautiful array of fresh fruits, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cake, freshly squeezed orange juice and an a la carte hot option of porridge, eggs cooked any way or something else that takes your fancy. Tea and coffee (any form) is also offered and timings are a languorous 8-10am. Tables are positioned outside on the veranda over looking the pool or in the beautiful, air-conditioned, polished wood dining room. During breakfast the attentive waiters see what you require before you even ask for it. (The saltcellar was a little slow to produce salt and before I had put it down another had been handed to me. We only needed to ask for butter once and there after it was produced at every meal.) The little touches are too numerous to mention but raised the bar from excellent to ultra-luxurious.
The evening meal selection is made during breakfast (as the ingredients are then purchased and the food freshly cooked that day) with a choice of three main courses. These include a meat, fish/chicken and a vegetarian option. The grilled sea bass was, without doubt, the best we have ever eaten. Starters, salads and desserts are set but never failed to please and there is ample fresh bread on offer.
The sitting room and bar area is an absolute pleasure to be in. Polished wood, beautiful fabrics and old-fashioned style arm chairs and sofas make coffee to cocktail hour a joy. And of course barmen whose knowledge of all drinks seems infinite make the cocktails to perfection. The wine list, while fairly extensive, has a good range of reasonably priced varieties and we took our waiter’s recommendation for a Turkish White that tasted very much like a Sancerre. Also if you don’t finish your wine, then it gets sealed and put back in the fridge and served to you the following day at your leisure. (I am proud to say we never took up this kind offer and managed to finish several bottles every night.) There is no ‘last order’ and the ever present, courteously discreet staff only leave once you have decided to retire.
Should water sports be your thing, wander 3 minutes down the beach and negotiate. We were able to para-sail, banana boat and Jet Ski at a moments notice any time of day. Again you will be reminded how perfect your hotel is by the rows of linked together sunbeds, from each different hotel and their numerous guests jostling for space.
To the right of the Villa Hotel is a small taverna where we had lunch every day. The food was freshly cooked, and generally on the barbecue, as they seem to lose electricity fairly regularly but only for half an hour or so. The tomato and cucumber salad was exquisite, the pommes frites (nobody really understands English) freshly prepared and divine and even the ketchup – yes good old Mr global Heinz -is readily available. The dish of the day is a must with the meatballs and chicken shish being our favourite. After lunch we all enjoyed wave jumping in the sea which provided great entertainment for our older children. And again, just two strides from the sanctity of our hotel.
The only noise pollution comes from the large, loud Russian hotel over the road that insists on playing loud music until 11.30pm, when they are supposed to stop. Depending on which room in the hotel you are in this can be heard. HOWEVER, the magnificence and beauty of every single room detracts from any outside influence that may or may not muscle in. Even the ‘standard’ rooms are beautifully decorated, with heavenly wallpaper and furnishings and all have balconies. The feng-shui throughout this hotel is amazing.
Such is the sheer pleasure of being enveloped in luxury you are not inclined to venture out, this is a good thing as the area is heavily over- populated by Russian holidaymakers. The town has a lot of tourist market stalls selling endless rows of Louis Vuitton knock offs and some of the traders are quite aggressive in their sales technique. Not really worth it in my opinion – be indulgent and buy the real thing. You are, after all staying in the Real thing and for the time you are there you are treated as a revered guest, in one of the highest quality establishments Turkey has to offer.

Took my girlfriend on a weeks holiday here in May 2015.
The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and tidy, very nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The description of our room on the hotel website was extremely accurate.
The spa at the hotel was wonderful if a little pricey. But still very relaxing and felt very authentic. Definitely worth doing but the management were extremely pushy trying to get us to buy more which I didn't appreciate.
The pool was lovely but I didn't like the fact it was salt water!
The restaurant was nice but a little pricey for the area considering it isn't in a major city. The food was good but not brilliant. If you do stay here, try to order the more local ottoman style food as this seems to be what's the chef is best at. The free breakfast is a small buffet of cheese and ham, bread and jam, fruit and veg, and dried fruits and olives. The waiters try to push you to buy more items like omelettes and so on, but on the one day I did it wasn't very nice anyway. The buffet is plenty. The waiters in general were excellent though. Very polite and efficient.
The hotel has sun loungers on beach which were great for us because we were there at a very quite time so could always use them, but I imagine that if the hotel were full there would be some serious competition for them. The beach itself is long and good for swimming. And there's also loads of activities like paragliding and jet skiing to do. The only downside is that because all the hundreds of hotels have their own space on the beach they take up a lot of room with sun loungers and bars and things which means there isn't actually a lot of space on the sand.
The location is good, but if you want to do anything of any real substance you have to head to Alanya for the day. This is about a 15 minute taxi journey and isn't particularly expensive. There's also a local bus that runs frequently and cost only pennies. We were just relaxing in the beach and didn't actually leave the area most days though. I imagine if you were on holiday for a week or longer and wanted to go to alanya everyday it might get to be a bit of a chore (and would get pricey if you weren't using the bus).
Overall the hotel itself was nearly perfect. Nicely decorated, very clean and well maintained, everything worked well and being that it isn't too large it didn't feel crowded and remained peaceful.
The restaurant was good, food was variable from ok to really good, very nice waiting staff, and fairly well priced. The location is fine for a few days relaxing but be prepared to have to make a little effort if you want more than just a relaxing beach/pool holiday.
The only thing that we really didn't like was that the main receptionist/manager was very pushy trying to get us to spend more money. On arrival he showed us our 'deluxe' room and then showed us around a suite to see if we wanted to upgrade for something like another €300. I found this highly insulting. If I could have afforded the unnecessarily large suite in the first place I would have booked it, obviously I couldn't so don't make me look cheap in front of my girlfriend now! The same was true with things like the spa (we were encouraged to buy new treatments literally everyday) and other activities. For example we were offered a boat trip run by 'a reliable friend of the hotel' which I'm sure would have been nice, but we found a very similar boat tour in alanya for nearly half price!

Response from VILLA AUGUSTO B, Genel Müdür at Villa Augusto
Responded Jun 10, 2015
Dear guests, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are very grateful for all the nice words that you’ve written about our hotel. However we would like to apologize for the miscommunication of the staff with regards to your breakfast. The hot meal during the breakfast is included in the room price as well as the cold open buffer. We prepare eggs, omelets, pancakes individually to every guest, according to ones preferences. I have shared this feedback with our waiters to ensure that they work to the highest standards at all times to avoid such misunderstandings. I was very sorry to read that you were disappointed with our reception manager and the manner he was trying to assist you. The boat trip that he offered you included private transfer from the hotel to the port and back that made the price difference. However I am pleased that you were happy with the spa procedures. I do hope that these issues did not detract too much from your holiday and I hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you back. Yours sincerely, Reda Kupcinskiene General Manager

This hotel is a hidden gem! It oozes style, elegance and class. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly without being overbearing. The decor is tasteful and the standard of cleanliness is outstanding. Excellent facilities to amuse you even if it is raining - spa, gym, indoor pool, etc.
Would certainly return to the hotel but not so keen on Konalki. Gold star to Villa Augusto!

Soon after booking by Expedia, the staff sent to me a message regarding airport transfer service. So there is the service definitely.
Coffe, juice and water for breakfast is free. Water at the dinner I think was free as well and any other dringa was paid. The prices wasn’t high.
