Characteristic hotel, both for the atmosphere and for the decorative elements (rooms with floors and ceilings covered with wood and deer antlers hung on the walls of the lobby). Located in front of a fir grove and twenty minutes by car from Lake Braies, the main destination of our weekend. We booked a couple of weeks in advance, finding a place. Breakfast was included and with both sweet and savory choices. In the evening we took advantage of the restaurant inside the structure to have dinner. Waiting for the dishes chosen, we were served butter with different types of bread, including fennel flavored bread. Excellent both goulash and dumplings, accompanied by a good glass of red wine suggested by the manager of the room.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Recommended if you want to immerse yourself in the tradition of the place without spending so much.

We found this restaurant among the list provided by our hotel. The environment is very comfortable, all in wood, with several rooms in which to dine. Quiet and hospitable environment, so you can dine with tranquility. All products look homemade. We took two very good first courses and the best strudel we have tried so far.
Recommended for those who want to eat typical dishes of the area.

Particular environment, with some references to the past having been the residence of the bishop of Bressanone. Excellent cuisine, dishes made on the spot (so the wait is a little longer than in other restaurants), plentiful, of good quality. Good quality/price ratio. Here I think I ate the best strudel of all those eaten in Trentino. Advised

I have never felt so bad in a facility like here! really unwelcoming staff, but since I was only supposed to spend one night there this took a back seat, but they didn't compromise on cleanliness, the room was old, with only one window that couldn't be opened, therefore with a strong smell of closed, the shower was in the attic so you couldn't stand up, and in fact the water came out everywhere, uncomfortable pillow, I replaced the pillowcase with one of my own shirts not wanting to rest my face on an unclean surface, the bed uncomfortable which creaked with every movement, so it was difficult to even sleep, the sheets and duvet VERY DIRTY, hair and stains everywhere, the floor hadn't been cleaned for a few years, there was dust everywhere and the plaster was falling apart.
although breakfast was also included in the price, we preferred to avoid it, it was poor and really unappealing.
I wouldn't go back even if they gave me an all-inclusive stay, also because the atmosphere is macabre and disturbing.

Hotel chosen by chance, we were absolutely fascinated by this residence: it seems to be in a castle! Beautiful place, quiet, surrounded by greenery, large rooms, covered in wood, very comfortable bed (not the pillow for me a bit 'too high), small bathroom and definitely a bit' dated but there is everything you need, and, above all, everything is very clean (as, indeed, everywhere in South Tyrol!).
Absolutely worth mentioning the restaurant: great food, plentiful, great value for money and very kind lady.
Lo consigliamo senza dubbio!

Period structure remained intact and outside the logic of standardized tourism
The manager takes care of everything from breakfast to the restaurant.
Very well located for visiting the wonderful places in the area.
Experience to try.

Tucked away in a beautiful corner of paradise in the Dolomites, this farm-turned-B&B offers all you need for a simple and convenient stay. No frills, no amenities, basic breakfast, but also clean and much cheaper than the hotels in town. There's no wifi signal in the rooms, which bothered me a bit.

Very particular, I would say unique, historical environment well maintained with the owner, true Tyrolean, eccentric and very efficient character, everything do, well maintained rooms, clean, bathroom by my standards I would say ok, the only negative note the kitchen, we had dinner in a beautiful room with historic stube but bad food and starry prices, not recommended dinner, otherwise ok

We called to book, when he asked us how many children there were he cancelled the reservation saying that with children it was not possible! Without even giving an explanation, assuming there couldn't be any anyway!
We're left with ice!
