Pleasant stay at diwa club. Beautiful spacious rooms. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Lovely ambiance. Staff is very courteous and always happy to help.staying at club was lovely. Concept of lazy breakfast… like we can have it during anytime from 7am to 7pm. Like the concept. Every premium property should try this. My son loves the pool and nice and big swimming pool made his vacation memorable. Close to beach only 5 mon ride by hotel shuttle. Beach is also lovely and less crowded. Worth the money we pay…👍🏻
Had an amazing couple spa at Alila Diwa. The arrangement was very hygienic and masseuse was very knowledgeable. The therapeutic also covered custom target areas. The highlight was the open shower after the spa and steam
Absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. I stayed in a club room and it was incredible. The shuttle bus to the beach is a great service - so quick and regular. We also used the conference centre which is a great location for events. We ate at Spice (I think that's what it's called) restaurant and it was really special.
I took the spa service at alila diwa which was not for the first time and of course was like always very very pleasant. Asha was my therapist who was cordial and very helpful. The experience was very good and relaxing. Alila and alila spa checks all the boxes in great hospitality..will be visiting soon ☺️
Alila Diwa and Diwa Club as Hyatt properties servce as missed opportunities by the Hyatt Brand to build their legacy. The Diwa Club which is touted as an exclusive resort within a resort experience while charging premium rates does not offer premium service. Right from the time of Check-in when the receptionist was busy dealing with a bunch of irate guestsand took 10 mins to even look towards us even though the Diwa Club Lobby is smaller than a standard living room, our experienced at Diwa Club was mixed. We reached the hotel 90 mins prior to the check-in time and the hotel staff made us wait in the foyer for 90 mins before checking us in the hotel. We are not fussy guests and would've accepted that it would take 90 mins for check-in if communicated upfront but the hotel reception staff kept on insisting that "Please wait for 10 mins the room is ready/sanitized etc." and made it the longest 10 mins of wait in the middle of the day and sweltering heat/humidity in an small reception. The lack of communication could've been avoided Diwa Club is surrounded by trees which bodes well for privacy of guests but is at 1 KM distance from the beachfront which probably is not suitable for those guests who want walking access to beach that other hotels provide such as Taj Agouda, ITC Grand, Lalit etc. It also doesn't have a the openness and smell of the sea breeze as well as the access to beautiful sunsets over the sea that othe other hotels provide from the property itself. The complimentary food/beverage package is just window-dressing and should be struck off from the package itself During Sundowner We ordered for fish finger and garlic chicken expecting at least a decent portion but were served 2 small pieces of fish finger and 2 small pieces of garlic chicken offered as canapes (that's the fine print :) ) along with few beverage choices (which were fine) and it became clear to us that this hotel is all "show" no "substance" Diwa Club Pool is 3 feet deep and maintained well, no compliants at least on the swimming experience Our hotel Room had 1 used whisky glass kept from the previous guest stay, the shower room had it's outlet choked with blonde/light coloured hair (not ours obviously) which had blocked the outlet of water and we cleaned it oureslves. Diwa Club (Resort within a resort) is so much cramped for space that it only has 3 parking spots for cars with other cars parked in the driveway. Main Hotel is a 5-8 min walk away and maybe additional parki…
Excellent and well appointed rooms, lush green landscaped spaces, two lovely pools, very kid friendly with an indoor play area, shallow sections in the pool and movie screenings, and a host of dining options. What more could one ask for?! Very thankful to the front desk staff for the upgrade, we really loved our suite and it was particularly great with a kid to have that extra space. The staff gave us a great tour of the property to help orient ourselves. The beach is a short buggy ride away, busy but fairly quiet and very clean and convenient to get to. Between the gorgeous pools and the amazing beach, we had a great time. The dining staff was very helpful in organizing special needs for our child. The food was excellent overall. We tried all the restaurants and the bar as well. Vivo was our favourite because of the varied offerings, but I wish we had had the opportunity to have another meal or two at Spice - their seafood menu is excellent! The chef did a great job with the prawn curry, the mutton roast, etc. The high tea and cocktails concept is great too. Overall a memorable stay, we had a really great time and we look forward to being back!…

We loved our stay at the Hotel. The staff is super helpful, respectful and courteous. The in room dining made sure with special meals for our 15 old months baby! the property is so beautiful that you don't feel like stepping out of the resort. The infinity pool is beautiful and so is the Diwa club pool. I was highly impressed with the housekeeping team head, they made sure our room was always clean and tidy! special shout out to Rubina! cheers to the team! would love to come back again!
Had a stay very close to nature and divinity. Enjoyed every moment with team and spent few peaceful lone moments also which were rejuvenating and relaxing. Overall beauty and serenity of hotel is beyond expectation.
We paid a descent of 25k per night for this room but ended with a very average service experience. the ordeal started from a simple request for airport pick-up. Had to make 3 calls but in vain, because I did a last min booking. early check-in request was thrown a favour because I asked for it a few times. Though the rooms were spacious and well kept the service was sub-standard. Everything had to be asked for be it the water bottles in the room or replenishing the moisturizer. The only person who sounded helpful was Suman who was at the reception and was eager to help. He did offer us a late checkout, which helped and the only reason I'm rating this 3 instead of 2
