Usually i stay at smaller independent places as i find the service better and more personal, however, as i was traveling on Christmas eve with my wife we selected this place as it offered a bar and restaurant, It was very quiet, the chap who checked us in was nice enough, rooms were OK if a bit dated, we paid...

Easy to find. Plenty of parking and very helpful staff, plus a breakfast that will set you up for the day while exploring this interesting area of France. Room very clean and every thing worked, when visiting WW1 sites as we were ideal location would have got five stars if it had spa but that would have cost more

We found the hotel rooms were very comfortable, fairly spacious and were good value for money. The breakfasts were substantial and good as were the restaurant meals in the evening. It is really well positioned for visiting the war memorials of the Somme and we would recommend this hotel

We've stayed here before because, despite its' unattractive location, it is a handy stopover for Calais ...[ 1-30hrs away approx.} Not cheap but rooms well equipped and more importantly quiet. Restaurant just about ok and obviously convenient. Like some other Novotel's, showing it's age and has a slight neglected feel about it,personified by young staff who were on the surface polite...

This hotel is out of town in an industrial area. Rooms were clean & comfortable. We walked to a nearby chain restaurant for our evening meal…. Breakfast was a disappointment. Limited selection that had dwindled away in the last half hour of serving – had to repeatedly ask for milk. It was clear that the staff were wanting to close...

The Novotel Amiens Pole Jules Verne lags badly behind the service standard of the typical Novotel property. Most notable was the indifferent and, at times rude, attitude of the breakfast staff. Our table was not clean (despite having been directed to sit there), we were generally ignored from arrival to departure, and when we did seek out staff for assistance,...

The usual warm welcome. The usual clean room. The usual aimiable professional staff. The usual enjoyable meal in the restaurant. The only unusual thing? The chairs in the restaurant are scruffy, with sharp plastic threads that catch on your clothes. These need replacing sooner rather than later.

Been going to this hotel for 18 years. I think it has had one major refurbishment during this time? It is in need of another one! Rooms are very tired. I guess because of it's excellent location it is very well used. Staff are always pleasant and housekeeping do a reasonable job but if the carpet is full of cigarette...

This Novotel is an easy place to stop on a road trip across northern France (just off the A highway, plenty of parking.) It's in an industrial park area, and it is just a bit shabby in places, but clean and comfortable overall -- good value for the price. It's also in an area with no restaurants that we could...

I rarely put under 3 stars. But this so called 4 star hotel is very old and needs refurbishing asap!! Found spiders in my room! Bath tub was really disgusting but I manager to shower fast. Food is really expensive there given the quantity and quality. One advice, go to Ibis Styles. I was going to forget the tiny swimming...
