I stayed here with my family as a 2 night break before a week on the Soane river and could not have made a better choice. Aux Quatre Saisons provides excellent size rooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Attention to detail for visitor needs has clearly been high on the tick list for the hosts. Stephanie and Fiore offer the option... More

We stayed here for 3 nights as we wanted to visit some winery's, and restock our wine fridge. Stephanie and Fiore are wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. On the first night Stephanie cooked us the most delicious table d'hote meal, some of the food we'd never tried before, but will certainly have again, the conversation flowed easily, and it was... Great place for our two night stay on way to boating holiday on Saone. Everything was exaclly as described, if not better! Awesome meal cooked by Stephanie on first night - the four cheese flan is best ever! Very comfortable spacious room with details all taken care of, wonderful hosts thank you!

You may not realize that Aux Quatre Saisons is not only a bed and breakfast, but a fantastic gateway into the wines of Burgandy! If you stay here, I strongly advise taking Stephanie Mancuso's wine tour. If you are looking for hospitality, history and the best wine you've ever had, Stephanie Mancuso is the way to go! She picked my... More

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons in September, 2015. Proprietor Stephanie serves a traditional French breakfast -- croissants, jam, baguette, yogurt, tea and coffee -- in her cozy home (formerly the barn). The rooms are in the original house on the property and are bright, airy and well-equipped. Stephanie is a great cook, as you'll discover if... More

We were three couples traveling together in Burgundy, and Stephanie welcomed us like members of her family. The four rooms, decorated as the four seasons, are absolutely charming and also well appointed. It was delightful to be out in the country and relax. The breakfasts were outstanding, and we loved the several course casual dinner with excellent wines we had... More

We had a wonderful visit with Stephani, Fiore and Melani. Stephani, who is English, took us on a winery tour and then we had dinner with she and her family that night. It was so delicious and the company was fantastic. We stayed in the largest room with 3 beds(the Summer room) and it was immaculate and very nicely decorated.... More

Stayed here for a second time on a bike trip with 5 friends. The location is fine for cyclists, but the village is quiet with few amenities. No problem if you have a car. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained and clean. There is a pool, welcome after a day of biking. Don't miss the home-cooked dinner.

Stéphanie( fluent in both French and English) took us on a half day tour to two very different places so we got to understand the challenges, learned about the necessary knowhow and had a very enlightening introduction of the various factors that determine both price and quality of the product. Dazzled about the meticulous attention that has to be paid... More

The place is wonderful, but the hosts are what made it memorable. Stephanie is fully bilingual, treated us to a 2 hour talk about Burgundy and wine over a fine dinner. She has worked in the industry for 20 years. Don't miss this opportunity. Stephanie also gives vineyard and winery tours. We didn't have time, but would recommend. The rooms... More
