We were here for two weeks and it was perfect as a central point to visit other areas. The village was quaint and views beautiful. Maria Alm, a couple miles from the hotel was great, had shopping, groceries and bakery. Several good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Amenities were also super, indoor pool, spa, bar and cafe. The...

Hotel is located in quite town, very good for traveling to daily trips in Austria's attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a lot of space and small kitchenette. There is small playroom in the hotel and playground in the backdoor. Indoor swimming pool is active until 21:00 daily. Free Wi-Fi in all hotel property. For "All inclusive" there are...

The hotel itself is good, people all friendly. No local shops and in hotel store seems very pricey. We went to ski and the weather did not play along. [On body's fault.] Hired a car to get around as the ski bus seemed so infrequent. We arrived very late and had no food, but I managed to buy something light...

Through RCI, one week. Information during check-in was bad. A reception is closed after 10 pm(!) and it was very hard to find a secret key-hole from the wall, next to door. No telephone number on the wall, either, so you could call help when it's 1 am and raining cats and dogs! A room was nice, anyway, with a...

We stayed 1 week on RCI exchange. The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable with large living room and separate small kitchen/dining. Even off (ski) season, all amenities were available. It is in a wonderful location with pleasant drives and charming villages and good restaurants to visit, and wonderful views everywhere you look. The Bistro and restaurant have good...

We (4 over 60s without children) spent a very enjoyable week at this resort hotel as part of a time share exchange. August is a risky month in Austria as it can be wet but it worked out very well as clouds appeared and disappeared. The rooms are fairly basic but the cost was low. The real benefits for the...

We came here through RCI and found the hotel as well as the village very nice, so even the staff. I saw that some of the other reviewers had problems with the staff, but we had absolutely no complaints on anyone we met, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, all very efficient and civil. Location is beautiful and we...

We booked one week via RCI exchange. As it was in August and the hotel was full, we were allocated a studio room with a small balcony with mountain view. But the room was big and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. With a small charge, we can have wi-fi in the room which was very handy. The hotel is in...

“We had a room in the eaves which was fine with good views but had no balcony and a bedroom velux window. There 's a living room with partial kitchen attached but not adequate for much cooking as space was limited there were adequate utensils of good quality. Not enough double sockets as there was a coffee maker microwave and kettle.Flat screen TV and safe.Bathroom good with clean towels daily if required.”
