Hotel is located in russian area so shops and street markets are more expensive here. It's far from everything (if you plan some excursions). The strongest point of hotel is the service. They are very helpful (reception solves problems immediately). Boys and girls (working in the restaurant and bistro) smiling and working very hard and fast. Well done! Food is very good , lots of choice. Drinking water is in small bottles. Animators organize the trips by bus to great nightclubs. They take care of the group and drive them safely to the hotel. The rooms are clean. Nice modern bathrooms. It's noisy from the pool side because the music plays until midnight (every day the same). The hotel has a very small area with no gardens or space to walk around. The biggest downside of this hotel is allowing tourists to reserve sunbeds by the pool by putting towels on them. From 5-6 am there is not even 1 free sunbed because the towels are "relaxing" (there is no one in the pool) which is ridiculous. Wifi is paid extra (why don't you include it in the price of the trip?). You can buy internet but per person, not per room. You need water shoes to enter the sea - big waves and the bottom is very slippery so easy to fall over and hurt.

Wonderful holidays. Delicious food, huge selection. Good drinks, fresh fruits and vegetables. The rooms were cleaned and cleaned every day. The service was very nice and helpful. The beach is great, right next to the hotel, you don't need water shoes. The observation deck in the restaurant is beautiful! The only downside is the lack of wifi in the hotel (paid for each day) and "RESERVATION" of sunbeds by the pool. Embarrassing. At 7 o'clock all the sunbeds are lined with towels. In my opinion, the staff should immediately clean up the towels left behind, which prevent others from using the sun loungers. People put their towels on at 6 a.m. and this "reservation" lasts all day. Fortunately, there was never a shortage of places on the beach. I honestly do not recommend this hotel. TUI does not inform that it has an agreement with this hotel, based on which guests from At 12:00 they are forced to cut off their all-inclusive wristbands and cannot use anything except the toilet. They are monitored not to leave the hotel lobby. Massacre!!! During our stay, we met people with a contract with TUI who had to check out of the hotel by 12:00 and were picked up from the hotel at 10:00 p.m. and were left without food or drink. Strangers bought them food and drink. TRAGEDY. The reception, cleaning, bar and swimming pool staff treat you like an enemy throughout your stay. Asking about anything at the reception is met with aggression and laughter. Only one bartender in the bar, very nice. Cleaning the room is limited to making the bed - no cleaning of the floor, balcony or toilet. We had to ask for toilet paper ourselves. Dirty towels after 5 days, thrown on the floor, the cleaning person hung the wet ones back on the hanger. What matters here is money and not to lose a single cent, lira, etc. In this hotel you are nobody. The restaurant's offer is quite nice, but only if you add salt to the dishes you serve. Wine in the restaurant is the cheapest, we checked it on site - the so-called a pissant for "morons", as the lady in the store said when we asked about the brand served in the hotel.

When I went on vacation to this hotel, I didn't believe the bad reviews. I have a distance to such things and I know that tastes are very different. Many of the negative reviews confirmed there on the spot. ⚡️The hotel is not modern, it needs renovation. You can see that only the bathrooms have been refurbished, the rest stopped about 10 years back. ⚡️Very basic menu, no seafood, no names fish, cold meat and barely warm soups. The only thing that's hot is tea. ⚡️Full focus towards one nationality, leaving out the other guests. Animations only for Russian citizens. Mahmutlar is called the Russian Quarter, but there should be hotels for everyone. ⚡️Paid WiFi is also an unpleasant surprise, expensive for such poor quality. The Internet is "must have " today! ⚡️The rooms facing the beach and the pool lobby have a nice view but a lot of noise.

Good afternoon, everyone. At the moment we are resting in this hotel, and on the 5th day of rest has already formed an impression of the hotel, which I will share with you. Of all the things we found, Senza in appearance and 60% of the reviews were the best, but you had to believe in 40% negative and not come here. Next, I'll continue with check-in,arrived at the hotel we were late,around 23:30 hours,drove in pairs with friends,everyone was bought a Vacation Package in a Standard Room,eventually we were all put in a family room, reasoning that there were no available rooms (even though people after us were still checking in). Yes, as a gift offered free wi fi and a plate of fruit with a bottle of wine (wine given at dinner,fruit during the day in the dining room the same). The room has never been cleaned! We had towels changed once, and when we came over and asked for them. When we approached the front desk and said that our room had never been cleaned, the receptionist shrugged and stretched his arms, saying that he had to clean every day at 2 p.m. The beach is made of slabs, but we were prepared for it, not to say it's a downside, but the legs are cut from and to. The beach bar pays. The same cocktails and food that are made at the hotel bar are sold on the beach from 200 lire upwards. Let's start in order. We were looking for 4-5 stars from the first coastline. Senza Grand Santana attracted us due to its price. The first thing that unpleasantly surprised us on the way was that the guide announced a new concept for holidays in Turkey - Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the rooms for a fee. So, upon arrival at the hotel, paid Wi-Fi was no longer surprising; air conditioning, fortunately for us, was free. We stopped by at 11.00. Check-in before 14.00 is possible only for an additional fee of $10/hour. For $20 we were accommodated in a room literally immediately overlooking the pool and sea. We were pleased with the room. The cleaning of the rooms is not perfect, but the cleaning was more satisfactory. Towels were changed every day. In terms of food, it’s a strong 4. It may not be very varied, but it’s quite tasty. A big plus is the route - in the evening at dinner it’s very romantic to sit with a glass of wine and admire the sunset. If you come a little late for lunch and don’t have time to eat before 14.00, then you can see a picture of one of the canteen employees walking between those who “don’t have time to eat”, clapping his hands and shouting in the style of “hey-hey” (let’s finish). Which obviously does not add to the rating. On the positive side, I would like to mention the employee who works on the track - he is always attentive, sets the table, and is very tactful. The beach is close, through a tunnel. The entrance is inconvenient - volcanic slabs are in the way, it will not be convenient for older people. I advise you to go to Alanya to Cleopatra Beach. The food is not too crisp red meat there are plenty of chicken turkey.You are sitting at the table even pick up your roof yourself, I asked for water at the restaurant and the waiter told me the side burlitz self-service. We are still enjoying our holiday at Senza Grand Santana Hotel. We did an early check-in, which came with a fee, but that’s standard policy. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh supplies of shampoo and shower gel. The minibar is stocked with drinks, and the restaurant food has been fantastic with great variety, though I’d suggest adding toast. The beach bar offers free water and beer, while fancy drinks cost extra. The pool bar, pool cafe and patisserie ensure you’re never hungry. Our sea-view room is peaceful, and the spa experience has been incredible. The hotel is exactly as advertised! ❤️
