Within a few miles of Ripon and Fountains Abbey this massive ex stables converted to accommodation as a large farmhouse style building is ideal for a large family get together. The bedrooms are massive and all bar one have good en suites and can take blow up beds for kids. Downstairs are three large rooms, toilets readily available and a... More

Thank you Kevin for your feedback. It was a pleasure to see your family enjoying themselves here. The house is my pride and joy and I am delighted that it is proving popular as a venue for 'get togethers'. I do describe it to our guests as a little frayed around the edges but we are progressing with the improvements... More

The courtyard house is very old fashioned, some might dated, but there is a homeliness about the place. The grounds are a delight and its position for treks out and about the countryside is fantastic. Our family of 12, three kids 5,7,10 + 9 adults had a great time. A great place to switch off! The only downside was poor... More

Pros - Spacious living space - Great kitchen with all things you might need - wifi in some areas of the house - lovely garden for children to... More

Thank you for taking your time to give your feedback. People love this place for its unique charm and character at the heart of a busy riding centre. Of course there are some inconveniences and we do have a rolling maintenance I and improvement programme. At the same time we believe we are keeping our charges very reasonable for such... More

The hostess was so friendly and helpful, she allowed us to use the entire guest house to make the day magical. The guesthouse itself is beautiful with clean en-suite rooms and so much space throughout. It is perfect for large... More
