We were in a table of 8 for early dinner. We ordered drinks, entrees, and main meals. The main meals took close to an hour to arrive with missing and mixed orders. The entrees (for three of us) only arrived together with main meals for other people. The worst came whem my wife was eating her fajitas and found a...

From the minute you come thru the entrance of the hotel you are amazed at what you are seeing. A lot of Mexican history. The service, food and rooms are 5 star. A great place to sit back and relax in the peaceful surrounding around one of the court yards or the pool area.

I spent the September Independence Day holiday with my daughters at the property. The Hacienda has beautiful gardens and scenery- so nice that a wedding was organized there the day we arrived. The food at the restaurant was good. The problem with the hotel is that their staff are completely unfocused in service. 3 examples : 1- there was a...

In a few words outdated, terrible service, mosquitos, bad sleep quality. If you want the whole story, read it below. High expectations of this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. Do think twice before you go there and pay that much money! We booked 2 kings and one double for one night through booking.com. Upon arrival we had to...

We came as a family trip, and the place is beautiful! It is a historic location, very well preserved and beautifully decorated. All the staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, and we got answered very quickly for everything we asked for. The only issue are the towels for the pool... You can hardly find people who are...

We loved the place! It's nice and very quiet. We were attending a wedding there so that's why we stayed, and it was a great choice. The gardens are fabulous the ambience and scenery beautiful. Very good service, although we tried to have breakfast at the pool but we could only have a sandwich. I would come back.

We spent a weekend at the hotel. Beautiful gardens and great architecture. Not all the buildings are original, but still beautiful. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of mexican dishes. And dinner is also great. The hotel has only one restaurante. Which makes it little bit uncomfortable when it rains (half the restaurante is on a terrace) or when hotel...

Grounds are simply gorgeous! Beautiful place for a wedding. About two hour drive from Mexico City airport. If you don't know Spanish, communication will be challenging, very few staff speak English. The food was great. Be sure to see the nearby Mayan ruins if you have time.

This is a truly beautiful place, the hotel and grounds are breathtaking. We also probably had the best room in the hotel, with a huge king bed and corner with a private terrace. A gorgeous red brick vault ceiling. The way the tree roots take over parts of the original construction dating back 400 years and the way some walls...

I have to start by saying that the venue is unbelievably beautiful. It was formerly a sugar factory with the look and feel of a hispanic hacienda that was succesfully renewed no long ago. However, there is not good value in the service and the quality of the products you get out of what you pay. The food is average...
