A very well organised and well run resort. An awesome stay of two weeks. The weather was beautiful at 28-29 Celsius while we were there between 26 Dec to 9 Jan 2020. But they said it had rained incessantly prior to that for a couple of weeks. The beaches are simply gorgeous and Anse Georgette Beach is one of the top three beaches that I've been to. (The other two being at Parrot Cay, Turks & Caicos and the private beach at Six Senses Con Dao, Vietnam.) We had one of the upper floor senior suites, with stunning views of one of the quieter beaches. The suite was spacious, with a solid door between the lounge & bedroom, so soundproof if someone were to sleep in the lounge. The outdoor balcony is also spacious and great for relaxing. The main beach is lovely for those who enjoy hanging out on sun loungers. The food/drink service in the beach can be patchy, at best. The Legend restaurant served a fabulous wide choice of food, even for vegetarians. Excellent ingredients. Chefs Hildi & Girish did their absolute best to cater for our special vegetarian requests as well. Really appreciate their talent & efforts. The ice creams and sorbets were superb, all made onsite. The service staff were also excellent and did their best to remember our specific preferences. Excellent service from Mridula, Pratha & Ganesan. Also thank you to Chef Zafar & the entire Legend team. The Diva restaurant is just exquisite. Michelin quality and the dishes are super creative. Must be experienced at least once. Thank you to Chef Hem, who does great justice to this restaurant. The shore setting of the The Nest was lovely too, though as vegetarians, we relied on the good graces of Chef to be inventive, which he surely was. The walk up to the top of hill on resort is worth it to get supreme views of land and sea. As usual, we were keen to get as many scuba dives in as possible. The reefs are mostly damaged due to the couple of recent el Ninos. However, it's still worth it as there are a few sites that are truly beautiful. Our fantastic instructor Jaffa & his team - Kevin and Antonio - did their absolute best to make our dive experiences excellent. Some of the most chilled out dives we've had, especially after the heavy current dives we last had at Wakatobi. However, be warned that the dive centre, though PADI 5*, does not provide Nitrox tanks, nor rent dive computers. The typical schedule only works to a single tank morning dive, not double tank, as most places we've dived in. Likewise, you are expected to carry in and off your own equipment, except the tanks & BCD. Unusual for a 5* PADI centre. That said, I can't acknowledge Jaffa & team enough for their superb service. I especially appreciate Jaffa's instruction and encourage with the extra practices during the dives to master my skills in scuba mask removal and putting back on under water. Something that I'd not bee comfortable with even though I've been diving regularly for 22 years. Thank you for our Guest Relations Manager, Sofia, for doing her absolute best to ensure we had a great experience. Finally, really appreciate the inputs from Fernando, senior management team. Definitely the best in Praslin. Possibly the best resort around the Seychelles. Caution: avoid taking ferry from Mahe if possible. Take the flight instead, if you can. Long wait Pre-boarding for the ferry. Nowhere to wait except in the slow cafe restaurant with poor service. People were constantly throwing up in vomit bags on the ferry and you have weed out your own luggage off the ferry at Praslin port. This was chaos and not fun in 31 degrees centigrade and in a crowd of everyone who had just disembarked. Mason's, the local ground agent that's used by most UK travel agents, is RUBBISH, from start to finish with transfers. Highly recommend. …
My fiancé and myself went to Lemuria to celebrate his birthday and it was a surprise for him. I’m sure he will agree that it was the best birthday gift i gave him. We enjoyed every little bit of our stay- the drinks, foods (Sushi are amazing) , beach and pool ! The sunset there is mind blowing! I was really happy to have chosen Lemuria for our small vacation. The staffs are amazing, they really take good care of you, special thanks to Brigitte, Cedric, Ratha, Krstev, Suma, Yibo, the HSK team and Virgile they made us feel so welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely go back with my family, for them to experience such a beautiful place. They give you complimentary golf session, organise transfer to go to Anse Georgette, free bicycles for inside or outside the resort and badminton field. And to not forget the best part is the spa!! They are amazing and make you feel so relax. Loved our stay there!…
We spent 5 days after a cruise at Constance Lemuria in a Villa. The whole resort is beautiful, the golf fields are very nice, the staff is amazing, the foods are delicious, the villa was perfect, especially the pool and the beach in front of the villa, what is more, we saw turtles laying eggs and small turtles going to the sea :-) So it was a perfect place, the best we ever stayed! Thank you, Lemuria, I suggest this resort to everyone :-)
Really good place for families and golfers. Very friendly and attentive staff. The best star is Aru from pool bar. Our little girl loved him. Good selection in the main restaurant for both adults and kids. Very clean and nice rooms.
Having been to Mauritius at a Constance hotel for the last 3 years we decided we would like a change , knowing how the Constance hotels operate we were keen to try another of there hotels. As we both play golf we came up with the Lemuria in the Seychelles, and were not disappointed, the setting was fabulous ,set in a tropical landscape and with a excellent golf course which was in perfect condition but with very few golfers , the last 2 times we played there we were the only people playing it !!The setting was great and being only 53% full there were plenty of staff to care for your every need . The restaurants were excellent with the main one ,legend , providing buffet every night but with a different theme ,eg Italian, Local, Seafood ect ,we tried the Nest restaurant one night which was also very good with a range of food on the menu. .The accommodation was as all constance hotels very well laid out with a king size bed and good size bathroom and veranda ,all kept clean by some friendly hardworking staff. Great Place to relax and enjoy the scenery and sounds of the native birds and waves from the beautifull sea . Overall fantastic holiday the only downside was the ridiculous price of drinks and extras , how can you charge £15 for a jar of nuts in your mini bar a small bag of chips £8 , drinks were also far to dear Beers at £10 and cocktails at £15 an average bottle of wine £50 ,you will sell a lot more if drop the price and sell twice as much , the same wine can be bought down the road for £40 cheaper , it is expensive enough as it is which is fine because you have overheads and are well looked after, but if you had fairer price on your extras you would increase your occupancy rate , we would love to come back but I think you need to look at your pricing structure . Would recommend to anyone wanting a quite holiday with quality staff and great facilities in a great position and a golf course up there with the best , Seeing very few british folks more Chinese I can see the market changing in my view not for the better.…
