A new small three bedrooms hotel in a quiet place far from busy town. Nice beaches only 30cm from hotel, good for snorkeling, no danger. Nice place for honeymooners.
Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and met our needs. There are a few things that potential customers should be aware of...
The location is a bit remote. This was a good thing for us but may be an inconvenience to others. The restaurant at the hotel is nice but a flat rate, I believe 28 euro per person. Food was very good so no complaints. It included a small appetizer, the main course, and a desert. The only other option in the area is a small beach bar that is also run by the same hotel. Food is a bit cheaper and your not forced to get appetizer and desert when you don't want them. Other than that, you have to take a bus or taxi to get food and the availability of both of those are a bit unreliable.
The beach near the hotel was nice for us to go out snorkeling but not sure if it would be suitable for those just relaxing on the beach or going for a quick swim. We encountered quite a few stingrays in the shallow water right off the beach so definitely something to watch out for.
There are some nice and very secluded beaches that are about a 30 min hike away but otherwise, a taxi or bus would be needed.
Overall, hotel was nice and worth the price. Food and drinks were a bit overpriced in my opinion. Staff was great and helped every way we asked. Location is perfect for those looking to get away from crouds but too far for those looking to hit up restaurants or bars.

The accommodation is located near a small, beautiful and clean beach where there are only few people. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation. The staff is nice and helpful. The owner of the accommodation will help with what to see on the island and how to get there. We were satisfied with everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Anse La Blague. The owner Georgette is taking care of you in the best way and has very good tips on what to do in Praslin. The room was nice and comfortable with a balcony with beautyful view over the beach which is just there. There was a shower outdoor, close to the rooms, so that it was possible to clean your feet and get rid of the sand before going back indoor. Very well organized! Everything was wild around but there was anyhow a little shop very close, where it was possible to buy some extra food or beverage. The Villa has its own restaurant with gorgieous breakfasts and grilled fishes to dinner. You maybe need a car, however useful to have in Praslin. The roads are very narrow, so a small car is preferable. We stayed 4 nights and it was really sad to go away. It is not so often that you feel perfectly at home in a hotel. Thanks!!!

Small, fine hotel: view of the sea, the mountains and friendly staff. The hotel owner will also give you tips for excursions if you wish, and help you with contacts if you need a taxi or are planning a trip to an island. The food is very tasty and varied and is recommended. It is very quiet, we had the beach to ourselves because there are hardly any tourists in the small town. If you like things to be slow, this is the place for you. In any case, a car on the island is recommended!

Very good stay. The house is clean and very quiet. The beach is right next to the house. The food was delicious. More important the house owner Georgette was very nice she took a good care of organizing our activities. All of them were well organized with the professionals on the other side- Kenny the driver, Jean Paul diving and Angels Tours for snorkeling day trip. Thank you very much

We stayed at Villa Anse La Jogue for a few days and really appreciated the calm, the access to the beach right opposite and the copious and delicious breakfasts!!! The rooms are large, air-conditioned and very clean. We particularly thank Georgette for making us feel so welcome, for sharing moments with us and always giving us good advice for our stay. We would have liked to stay there longer...

Thank you for your warm welcome and your great kindness. Thanks to all the staff we had an unforgettable stay at Anse la Blague. And what can we say about the restaurant: a delight! Fresh fish of the day, caught at the foot of the hotel, cooked with so much flavor and served with generosity. The setting is magnificent, peaceful and wild. The beach at Anse la Blague is idyllic and relaxing: paradise.

Georgette and all the other staff members are very lovely people and treated us very nicely! The location is close to the beautiful Anse La Blague, one of the hiddens gems of the Seychelles, you can walk there over a hill within 2 minutes. Next to the hotel is a supermarket.

I couldn't have hoped for anything better for my first Seychelles trip. The ocean view room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The al fresco restaurant on the terrace is charming and Georgette and the rest of the staff were more than welcoming and helpful. I travelled alone, but soon made friends to share excursions with, that's not difficult to do on such a small island! The hotel is in a quiet area of Praslin, next to a bus stop, but I suggest you hired a car if you want freedom of movement. The bus is by far the cheapest way to travel and see the entire island fairly quickly, i recommend you tried it. Villa Anse la Blague is a less than 15 minutes drive from Praslin ferry port.

Lovely place to stay. Very quiet and just few metres from the beach. Madam Georgette was very nice and helpful and we had a great time. There is a bus stop just Infront of the hotel but it was very good to rent a car as buses are not frequent.
