We visited the farm with the family this summer and we were amazed from the depth of the values and consciousness to all aspects of farm and accommodation. The houses are very beautiful with amazing architecture and natural materials. It's the perfect luxury introduction to such an untouched natural environment. The food was so good! We didn't have to worry about the quality of the food, especially for the kids, since everything is organic and homemade (even the soft drinks). In the house there were heathy snacks for the kids and so many other options for us. Dinners were so tasty with produce from the farm, cooked with imagination and references from traditional Greek cuisine. We also loved the wine list with natural wines, all from Greece. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to share their work with guests. Our kids were playing and exploring safely everywhere in the farm and also playing with the owners' kids. The farm is very kids friendly and we also had the opportunity to get connected as family with books and board games that are provided for free.

Being at Eumelia felt so good that we decided to extend our stay here. Our five-day stay at Eumelia Organic Farm was the nicest part of our trip in Greece. Surrounded by nature and animals, it's the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. The farm-to-table meals were not only delicious but also incredibly healthy. Frangiskos and Marilena made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The house was clean and cozy, adding to the overall charm of the experience. What's more, learning about regenerative and organic agriculture from Frangiskos and Marilena made our stay incredibly rewarding. Eumelia Organic Farm is a dream for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the countryside. We can't wait to visit again!

We visited Eumelia in August and it was one of the best and most serene vacations we ever had! The owners were very helpful and eager to assist in any way they could (from rearranging the house we would be staying at to accommodate us since we would be two couples to suggesting places to visit and restaurants to try), which made our stay even more pleasant. The grounds are secluded and beautifully catered to, the accommodations are exceptionally clean and comfortable and the food is amazing, always with fresh ingredients from the farm! It is apparent in every way that this farm is a vision of a more clean and self sufficient approach of living, respectful of nature and what it has to offer, executed with a lot of love. Would 100% recommend and we cannot wait to visit Eumelia again during the winter!!! Thank you for the amazing experience!!!

After spending a few days in Athens we came to Eumelia and we’re instantly put at ease. The property is stunning. I’m not sure photos would ever do it justice. Marilena, Frangiskos and their boys were so sweet and so wonderful to get to know. This is a true labor of love and it shows in every detail. We loved every single meal, our little bungalow had everything we needed and was so comfortable to relax in, super fast Internet which I needed occasionally for work, walking around the property with their dog, Friendly, the geese parading around, the amazing surrounding mountains, everything. It was by far my favorite part of our time in Greece and I hope we will be able to come back one day. If you’re considering going, just book. You won’t regret it.

My culinary group from the States was taken for a tour of the farm, which included an olive oil tasting and delicious light dinner. Frangiskos and Marilena have created a little paradise in the mountains, a model of natural, healthy living and sustainable agriculture. It’s well worth a visit. Art C.

We were so happy to be able to return to Eumelia after 4 years. Eumelia is such a magical place, a paradise set amidst the olive trees. Frangiskos and Marilena along with their sons are the perfect hosts. We loved our time spent with them over delicious food freshly made sourced from their garden and made with their own estate olive oil. Marilena leads olive oil tastings and wine tastings that are informative and so much fun.
Accommodations are in your own house, which is so comfortable. Because of covid, we were provided with our own breakfast in addition to ingredients from the garden to cook with if we wanted. Each house has an equipped kitchen with staple ingredients, coffee, tea, cookies, granola, and so on.
If you want to leave the grounds, Eumelia is close to many points of interest like Monemvasia, Gytheio, and the rest of Mani.
Staying at Eumelia is truly a retreat and peaceful escape. We can't wait to go back.

Great stay in the countryside! We really enjoyed our stay at Eumelia with great food and the best hosts! Make sure you book a cooking class and experience cooking with foods grown on the farm. Olive oil from 2,000 year old trees right outside your cottage. Make sure you follow her directions to the farm and not google- unless you want an added adventure if driving through olive farms! We hope to be back soon!!

What an absolutely incredible place Eumelia is. From the farm tour and olive oil tasting with Frangiskos to the wine tasting with Marilena to the yoga class we took with Stavros (as well as his daylong tour to the Mani!), every experience was fulfilling. The people are so kind, and care so much about the farm and their guests. We stayed five nights and got to experience lazy days (with the perfect daybeds for napping) and busier ones (there are nice beaches within driving distance, or the day tour Eumelia arranged with Stavros was jam-packed and delightful). I wish we could have stayed longer.
But our favorite thing of all might have been the food. While we knew that food would be included in our stay, we had no idea it would be as world-class as it was! Marilena makes everything with so much love, and so much skill. Everything was delicious.
I can't say enough nice things about this place. We truly left not just with plans to return but with new friends as well!

We spent two nights at Eumelia during our honeymoon. The hosts are so warm, knowledgeable, and kind! We had some of our favorite meals and wine while staying here. Highly recommend taking a cooking class as well! We enjoyed having a kitchenette in our private room and start gazing! This is a must visit place!

Eumelia is hidden gem in the enchanting Laconia region and absolutely worth a visit. It was a great pleasure to meet the very hospitable team, to learn about their trailblazing organic agriculture project and to enjoy the excellent food that is offered here. We recommend Eumelia for anyone who’s interested in the tradition and the future of Greek olive farming, also for longer stays and coworking at the resort. Lovers of Hellenic gastronomy will find their fill here. Make sure you go up to the roof terrace in order to see … well, you’ll discover it when you get there.
