We stayed at The Seaview Hotel Birchington for two nights.Kim and Steve were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and spotless, with tv and tea and coffee provided in our room. The shared bathroom and toilet were also spotless and the towels were soft and fluffy. The garden was lovely and well kept. The hotel doesn't do food anymore but there... More

The Seaview is the only accommodation available in Birchington proper--close to the ocean, train station, and to the main shopping street in town. There are many cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walks. The room is adecuate for the price, and tea/coffee facilities are provided. Fast, free wifi. Two adjustable heaters in the room. However, room was made up... More

We had a very warm welcome at the Seaview Hotel. The landlady was absolutely lovely and made us feel at home straightaway. Our room was fairly small and basic, but for such a reasonable price, we were more than happy with it. Very centrally placed, with a variety of shops and service nearby. Would recommend booking the room with en-suite... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Seaview on the middle of August on Saturday. I book through the Hotel.com. Every place which was close to the sea was already book so I chose this place as the price was good. The check in was easy and quick, the room and en suite bathroom was clean as well just the toilet... More

Overpriced, youth hostel accommodation with shared toilet and bathroom. No issues with cleanliness, but the noise levels were disgraceful: loud music from bar downstairs playing well into the early hours totally spoiled any chance of a decent sleep.

Picked the Seaview as it was a short distance from the beach. The couple and their daughter that run the pub are very friendly and helpful, and the en suite room was spacious and comfortable. They recommended a local cafe for breakfast the next morning which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would return again.

Stayed here for a week . On arrival I was made very welcome by the lady who owns the hotel . Who spent time getting to know me , which was a comforting sign , not like some places I have stayed who just want u to sign in and pay . My stay was very nice and all the... More

We booked this as an afterthought. The Friday of a bank holiday weekend. After parking we sat at the bar, enjoyed a quick drink then was shown to our room. The room was very spacious, and as the hotel had communal ablutions, there was more than enough space in the room for an on suite. The hotel was clean and... More

Never used the hotel side of things (it's my local and I live 1.5 miles away), but been going here for over 3 years now, fantastic place to spend a night in a pub with the brilliant staff, friendly locals, occasional quiz nights, up to date jukebox, well priced drinks, pool table etc, it really has all you could need... Stayed here last night, nice clean pub hotel we were shown to our room with the en-suite which had everything we needed in it. Got a little noisy at about 1am but the not hotels fault just a domestic disagreement outside our window, as it overlooks a main road. Staff were all amazingly friendly. No breakfast but had lovely breakfast... More
