Its 6th stay for us as a group of 15 people its look like our home we are so comfortable here and for sure we will choose here over and over again . Thank you for making our holiday love you sueno . 😘
I can only say this was the best hotel I have stayed in ! It was spotless, friendly staff! Couldn’t do enough for us! Brilliant entertainment as if the evening show wasn’t to our taste there was other entertainment to be found! The rooms (budget) were big clean and lovely! Mini fridge and toiletries restocked daily, room cleaned daily. The food was lovely with lots of choice for all ages, and tastes, we didn’t go expecting English food as we were in Turkey! Even tho lots of English food available! Have to say for the small charge the al la carte restaurants lovely! Only one complaint I didn’t want to leave! We will be back! Ignore any negative posts as having stayed in many hotels in Antalya this was by far the best so far!
Summary: heavily polluted air everywhere around and in the hotel, very noisy environment almost around the clock, very basic level of service, bad quality beach with dirty water and very limited swimming area, very slow or no internet connection, questionable sanitary conditions, not-safe pool attractions, basic level of food quality. On the positive side: everything is included and ‘free’ (USSR). The price is too high for the quality of stay and the soviet type of service. If you are a heavy smoker or like to relax with a lot of alcohol around the clock this could be the best place to stay. The concentration of tobacco smoke inside and around the hotel, including the beach side is so strong that any smoker can abide without buying cigarettes. If you are with children, care about their and your own health and would like to have quiet stay for a reasonable price this is the worst place to be. Do not trust what is written on their web page. We booked a non-smokers room in Sueno Beach. On the website is clearly written: non-smoking hotel with non-smoking rooms. When we first opened the door to our ‘non-smoking’ room we were standing before a wall of smoke hanging in the air. The windows stood 2 floors above an outside bar, where multiple people smoked 24 hours without break. The windows in the rooms are not tight, so closing them won’t help. Moreover, on the table in the room we found an ash tray with a match box from the hotel in it. The receptionist denied giving us another room although we were with a child and my wife has a tobacco allergy. Any explanations and requests were denied with a cold indifference. The trip organizer TUI did not help in the situation immediately. The next day we were luckily able to get another room by imploring the personnel and explaining that we could not sleep in the heavy smoke environment. The sound isolation in the rooms is non-existent. You can hear people speaking far away from your room entrance even with the closed door. Entertainment outside (only Turkish or Russian based) starts every night and continues almost up to 24:00. It is extremely loud (depending on the room location could be above 80 dB) so that our TV-set could not cry it over. A loud Muslim pray starts at 6:00 every morning, so if you have drunk neighbours or a family with a small child prepare to sleep at the beach during the day. There are no designated smoking areas in the hotel. The alcohol is included in the price and many drink and smoke around the clock: on the balconies, in the bars below the windows, on the beach, around pool areas, at the lunch place without stop. There is no escape if you are on the territory of the hotel. The personnel try to mask heavy tobacco smell by electronic aroma sprayers working at full capacity. This only aggravated the tobacco smoke by adding another irritative substance in the air. Cleanliness of the hotel is also questionable. Sometimes it was ok but once we got bed sheets with visible traces of dirt on them. Sometimes the bed sheets were not dried well enough. I have seen a cook behind a counter spitting on his fingers before taking a piece of Turkish bread from the oven to serve it to a customer. The beach area swimming territory is artificially limited by safety lines and buoys which is good for keeping you and your kids safe. The bad side is: the limited area is overcrowded with people the water is murky. There are multiple motor boats and scooters crossing just next to the safety line on another side of it, so it is really dangerous to go beyond. The air around smells exhaust fumes, the water is disturbed and is not clean. On the beach you have smokers all around you so if you do not smoke you can never relax. Russian and Turkish speaking guests have sometimes understanding and go smoking aside. German speaking usually do not care. Some water attractions around the pool area are not safe. A person got severely hurt while sliding a water slope during our stay. The internet connection was extremely slow (around 50kbit) and not activated immediately after the move in. Taxi at the reception is two times the market price and the personnel do not book any alternative taxi service for you, which is really unfriendly. If your mother tongue is English stay better away, the core audience is: Turkish, Russian and German. On the positive side: you can drink and eat around the clock. Some of the food is really tasty and cost you no additional price since it is included. Some personnel are hardworking and are really friendly. Alas it is all negated by the disadvantages.…
Perfect place for families, activities, foods, beach, alacarte restaurants are all great. We are going to same hotel, every summer for last five years. Thank you to all stuff and management. Hope to see you next summer too!
As they have Turkish singers perform there, the vast majority of the guests are Turkish. Food was of low quality, 20+ wild cats waking around, unfriendly staff at reception and guest services, men are served first at the bar, cocktails are disgusting, not enough staff to turn over the tables in the restaurant, fairground is dead as you have to pay for the rides, ten pin bowling 20 euro, all activities at the pool for 18+ so my 11 yr old son wasn’t allowed to join, kids club for the really small kids looked good though. All in all only good for Turkish people with small children. It was my first time in Turkey, it will take me a lot of convincing to go back and if I do it certainly won’t be to this hotel.
