Yet again Steven's on the hill excels , just had 11 nights there and considering the covid conditions it was amazing as usual. Vlasis,Steven and eleni where exceptional hosts nothing was too much trouble and as for the legend George totally fantastic also frosini on the bar always had a smile yes things are different like no breakfast served due to staff cuts but sea breeze serve an excellent breakfast so no loss there.the evening meals at Steven's are to die for strongly reccomend the sea bass. You can never beat the friendly atmosphere, and feel so valued and part of the family as you do here, this is our 4th time and have already booked for next year, well done to you all and see you soon xxx

When we first married in 2008, we booked a room for two here for our honeymoon. When we arrived, we were greeted so nicely. We were told even though we booked a single room, they were upgrading us! They gave us the top floor corner room overlooking the pool and seaside. There was fuchsia everywhere. The rooms were clean and breezy, and we were in paradise. Everyone was soooo nice. It is an easy walk to the beach. A scooter rental place is very near. And the food in the restaurant was wonderful and quite traditionally Greek. Just about everything on the island is reachable by scooter if you have time. We highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. We cannot overstate how well they treated us, fed us, entertained us, and made our honeymoon a fantastic one. Kerkyra is nice, but if you're like us and like to be away from the heart of tourist-ville sometimes, THIS is the place to be.

Stayed at Stevens for a week. We loved it! The restaurant served super food, hotel room was spotlessly clean and the maids were in every day. Excellent location for a relaxing getaway. The staff were so friendly and we were always greeted with a smile especially from George who makes mealtimes a pleasure.

We booked a 1 week stay at Stevens on the hill for October 2019. As it turned out this was their last week of the season, and pretty much everything at the resort shuts down after Oct half term. This year it was particularly quiet after the collapse of Thomas Cook, so the hotel understandably decided to close the restaurant and bar mid week. The hotel is set on the hill with wonderful sea views. Rooms 1 to 5 are on the first floor and 6 to 9 on the second floor. This is what they call site A, and there is another building a few hundred meters down the hill, called site B. We were well looked after at this friendly family run hotel. The hotel is owned by two brothers, Vlasis was on hand most of the time to ensure everything was perfect. They have an unheated pool which is very nice, and supply large pool towels. The maid arrived every couple of days or so to change the bed linen and towels and clean. Due to a slight mix up we had room 9 (a two bed room) for 1 night and room 6 (single bed studio) for 6 nights, so we experienced two rooms. The single bedrooms have a small kitchen unit consisting of a twin electric hob, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster and cupboards. One room had a coffee maker and the other an electric sandwich maker. The equipment is minimal but sufficient to prepare a simple meal or breakfast. The hotel restaurant is popular with diners throughout the resort, but was very quiet with just a few diners each evening until it closed. Breakfast is chosen from the menu and priced individually (not buffet style). The continental breakfast consists of orange juice, fresh coffee, bread butter and jam/honey, Greek yogurt with fresh fruit salad, and croissants. Mosquitoes were a real issue for us, it may have been the time of the season made things worse, you will need repellent but still expect to be bitten if you sit out on the balcony at dusk. The room does have air-con and insect screens over the balcony doors. We were really please with our choice of Steven’s for our first holiday in Corfu and think it is a great place to stay, either to spend the week in the resort or as a base for exploring the island.

We have just returned from a week in Corfu and dined twice at Stevens on the Hill while we were there. The first evening was a Saturday and the restaurant has a BBQ night on Saturdays. I dont eat meat so I had a starter of garlic bread and roasted peppers then a massive veg pizza from the a la carte menu. We had to take away half the pizza the portions are that generous! The pizza base was thin and crispy and absolutely loaded with veg, probably one of the best pizzas ive had! The make your own pizza is from memory 9.70 euros and is well worth it. My boyfriend had the bbq buffet which I believe was 22 Euros and all you could eat ; there were many different starters, sides, meats and desert options and he really enjoyed everything and thought it was really good value. The second time we visited for a late lunch we both had pizza and iced coffee and again it was all fantastic. Its a good sized restaurant with part under canopy/cover and part open air with lovely views to the sea. The whole restaurant area is beautifully planted and the area where the bar is sides onto the pool area which is pretty with a little fountain and statues. Its a very relaxing setting and the staff couldnt be more professional or attentive and kind. Very well recommended!
