Very disapointing stay!Deffinatly not a Five star hotel as they claim to be! To start with: We booked for 4days in Presidantial Suite. This room needs to be lot of cleaning to be done as you can see from photos bellow its covered in mould ants and smell of damp in room and pool was dirty never cleaned in long time.water in pool was in minus degrees. For five start hotel on arrival they give you 3 small btl of water and after that you had to buy. Breakfast was bearly two star selection was so bad, bread was staale pastries and cooked breakfast on buffet was same. When we were asking for taxi to go to town receptionist insisted to get hotel taxi as it was faster and cheeper.which was not true local taxi cost 8€ cheeper each way and arriveed always in 5--7 minuts. Overall hotel owner needs to look into deep clean all hotel and refresh.dont get fooled by photos. I doo not recomend stay there and soecially at price they charge.

I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel! why am I not happy: 1. ants crawl in the room. 2. I paid money for a pool on my territory, and it is not possible to swim in it, because it does not fall off! there is also a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel and the water in it is -20 if not more, I wanted to come and swim in the pool, but alas, it didn’t work out (. 3. the breakfast is just terrible, you can count on the fingers what is there. the hotel is the cheapest, but the central taxi is half the price!5. the room is just awful! dirty, and after a shower you feel very uncomfortable! the water in the shower is salty and the hot water disappears! 2) there is a lot of mold in the room, which is painted over and not only, because of the mold in the room there is a VERY UNPLEASANT SMELL! 3) in a five-star hotel they give 4) bottles of water😳 I was shocked, and after you drank the water you pay for it🤦🏼‍♀️

We had an excellent stay at the beautiful Suites of the Gods. Penny and Eva were very friendly and helpful with everything! The room was very beautiful and big, the terrace had an incredible view of the Caldera. From here you can go everywhere on the island within 10-15 min driving. We coming back for sure! Efcharisto Penny and Eva and everyone in the hotel for your awesome service and kindness!

This is a great honeymoon spot. We booked the deluxe cave room which had its own indoor pool! This was a stunning room and hotel in general with an infinity pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the evening staff in the restaurant. The breakfast was also amazing, with such a great view. The negative was that both outdoor and indoor pools were freezing, the shower was only luke warm and the dinner wasnt over great especially for the price.

We had one of the best two rooms on the property and loved every moment of it. From the staff at the front, Kristina and Athena, to the owner Charlie, to Nick at the pool bar, and the amazing breakfast staff we felt as if we were at home with family every moment we were at the Suites of the Gods. Their hospitality is exceptional. Their wine offerings were great. Their breakfast array of foods was terrific. We loved the winery right next door. Great sunset place. The next time we go we hope to go when it's warmer. October 2 - 5 of this year was very windy (VERY at times) and too cold to go in the pool. I saw two brave people go in for Instagram photos during our entire stay.

We stayed at suites of the gods for 3 nights from 29th august for our honeymoon before heading to mykonos. I was slightly apprehensive when we read reviews before we arrived but I have to say our experience was fantastic, the staff at reception were really friendly and helpful, we had a beautiful room suite 30 (selini) which had breathtaking views. The room was lovely, clean and really comfortable with a beautiful big bath jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok the selection was enough for what we needed and again the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The pool music did not bother us at all but we do enjoy that vibe of music I seen a lot of complaints about it being loud but 11pm did not seem that late to us to be playing music. Reception staff helped us organise a quad bike to hire which was fantastic and organising taxis for transfers to take is to fira. We really enjoyed our short time here and the views are absolutely breathtaking from the pool. This was our second time to Santorini the first time we stayed in kamari. we weren’t disappointed in any way with suites of the gods. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed at Suite of The Gods for one night being based in Perivolos for our week's stay in Santorini. We usually stay one night on Caldera side of Island mostly Oia. We have visited the hotel previously just using the spa so knew location. I was alarmed to see the reviews and almost didn't want to go but glad we did. The views and pool area are breathtaking and we found the staff polite and professional. Our room was lovely clean and quirky with very large bath in room and separate shower toilet amazing views over Caldera. Breakfast continental very good. What does let this hotel down is the music around the pool it starts off fine but then is cranked up afternoon. The hotel is advertised as relaxing but the level and type of music was far from it. Maybe if I was looking for party hotel in Ibiza it would be perfect! I think the problem lies in the streem of young day trippers who hire beds for the day and it them becomes their Instagram playground. Yes the view is to die for but perhaps balanced on edge of infinity pool with 500 mtr drop is not quite worth the perfect photo! This mixture of expectations doesn't work for most residents. We escaped to megolachori village until things calmed down. Evening was amazing with view of sunset from sky bar to rival all that crowded Oia has to offer. I would return to this hotel if things were more relaxing after lunch!

The view is beautiful and the drinks are good. That’s basically it with the positives excect few nice staff people like Kristona. The hotels is run by absolute amateurs, it’s mind blowing, a monkey without any sort of training would do a better job. So many things don’t work or are missing in this hotel. Breakfast buffet is an absolute joke. I would be disappointed if it was a two star hotel. If you give yourself 5 stars, people have expectations. You want to play in thr Champions League, you get judged by Champions League standards.

The best place, from day till night. Perfect view ,super clean pools, friendly staff. The prices for the pool pass are quite reasonable. Coffee price is good ,food also. If you go for the day pool pass don't choose the floating sunbeds because there is not an umbrella, you will get burn by the sun.

Thanks for an amazing experience to visit your place. Overall ambiance was too good and staff was very friendly. Just some gym machines weren't working and some lack of hygiene in the gym room with dusty equipments. Else an amazing stay. Irene, the specialist who did my Thai massage today was so kind and attentive. She did an amazing job and I had the best massage ever. Thanks and goodluck to the who team 🙂
