If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY IN A PROFESSIONAL HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is extremely noisy with loud music, drunk teenagers are shouting around the pool/terrace area. The hotel staff are unprofessional, they could be seen arguing with each other. The music gets louder and louder during the day, and there is no wHere to escape the noise. There are no footpaths outside this hotel, so you cannot walk to Fira, and the road to Fira is extremely busy and dangerous. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL, IT CATERS FOR TEENAGERS WHO ARE DRINKING ALL DAY. We had to move to another hotel because of the noise and the hotel refused to give us any sort of refund, even when they knew that the hotel was not suitable for my mother who is 74 years old. They said they would turn down the music but that never happened, instead it got louder and louder. They offered us a room away from the noise but it was only accessible down a very steep stairway, which we declined. However, even if we did stay in this room, it still meant we could not use the pool due to the noise of the music and the teenagers who were drinking and shouting. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, STAY IN A HOTEL THAT IS PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR MANNER AND WHO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH DUE RESPECT.

We visited the spa which was outdated and basically dirty!! Sauna was out of order due to COVID restrictions but cleaning was not adequate, not due to COVID ?? Are you kidding ?? You definitely pay for the view, not for service not for cleanliness not for facilities. Huge « No for pool and spa from us. Better save your time and money for sth else. View at least was amazing.

I would never usually leave a bad review but feel that this really deserves it. We were so excited to arrive but found it so unwelcoming. We tried to order a drink at the bar but the barman made us feel so annoying for ordering - he was incredibly moody and made us feel very unwanted. The reception staff were a bit rude and made us wait a long time, and didn’t write down that we had paid for our room already so tried to charge us again. But the barman was so rude and made us feel like such a burden for trying to order a drink. Definitely wouldn’t come here again. Our room was nice but for an expensive place we’d expect to be treated a bit better.

Just returned from a fabulous week at Suites of the Gods. Throughout our stay the staff could not have been more solicitous, kind and helpful. Our room was everything we hoped it would be with a panoramic view of the sea and a delightful breeze. We spent plenty of time out on the balcony just soaking up the atomosphere. The pool area is gorgeous, even if we were around 20 years olders than the other residents. My one issue with this shared space was the thumping club music that the bar staff insisted on playing throughout the day. I did not understand how it enhanced the atmosphere and would have preferred it kept at a lower volume. Almost every day, we spoke with Margarita at the front office. She was generous with her time and gave us excellent advice about places to visit and where to shop. She helped make this one of the best holidays we have ever enjoyed. We took advantage of the free transfers to and from the airport as well as transfers to a beach bar called Demilmar. We hired a car through the front desk of the hotel and it was delivered to us and picked up from there which was wonderfully convenient. Suites of the Gods has my highest recommendation.
