Our stay in the hotel was a very good experience but...

First of all, we had a very good stay thanks to the great team of entertainers who all do an excellent job and who give everything they have to make the hotel come alive, the evenings organized are great and it's easy to clear your head, to dance...
The buffet is also good whatever people say, the meals are varied and for all tastes with sometimes failures but nothing serious. Small downside only on the cocktails mixed with water which are not great but the bartenders do a good job and are very helpful.
The waiters at the buffet are very available and meet customers' expectations, they are all very friendly and smiling, as are the cleaning agents with whom there was no problem letting our room be cleaned.

Despite this, there were a few small problems with the first room we had (cockroaches, high heat, no air conditioning, dirty blankets, very aging room), but the hotel was understanding and helped us with everything. suite changed rooms in which we had no problem and had a very good stay.

As for external activities (excursions), going through external agencies is much more reasonable than going through the hotel which inflates these prices a lot...

If you go there, don't hesitate, we really regretted our departure, it's the ideal place to let go, have a good time and enjoy a rich vacation.

I just returned from a week in this beautiful resort I was super well received the receptionist Nesrine did everything for my stay to be pleasant special mention for car rental and the one with whom the change of currency is too nice
regarding the super soundproof room the air conditioning works the sheets are changed every day and the gentleman who does the cleaning is super nice think about tipping him because he deserves it
regarding the restaurant y’a quoi manger it’s super good I feasted with soups and it’s never repetitive all week I feasted with the dishes offered and all the waiters was super friendly a little bit bad compared to some waiter behavior towards the Germans they demand that they be reserved the same table throughout the stay so as soon as you go back into the restaurant you find tables already reserved things I don’t understand but hey it’s a detail that doesn’t ruin my holidays
the pool is super big the animations are on top except that the music is too loud thank you to Willy and Zouma for the animations Nour is simply a great animator and listening for the rest of the animators I would not say the same because some do not even calculate you and they are unpleasant when he says hello in the morning every time he zaps me I have a head maybe that they do not like and I find it a shame to make the difference with customers except that everything is nickel
Thank you very much to Nesrine Zouma is Willy for this pleasant stay I will return soon in May I hope

We have just returned, nice hotel with entertainment throughout the day (so lively swimming pool all day long and few moments of calm)
The rooms are OK but may need to be reviewed because housekeeping is really over the top, certainly due to a shortage of staff.
The bathroom in its original state and could be cleaner and more practical because the bathtub is very high and narrow, the water is sometimes brown.

The rooms overlook corridors and therefore it resonates because some guests do not pay attention if the others are sleeping.
Next to the hotel there is a night club and the
Music can be heard even in the bedroom on the corridor side because there is no roof and the bedroom door is not at all insulating: perhaps create an airlock to soundproof.
Fortunately the air conditioning is old and noisy so we had to turn the ventilation on full blast to drown out the noise...

Every evening there are shows and entertainment, the entertainers are very talented and dance very well.

The self-service staff are very friendly and smiling.
We also tested the spa with a two-day package: which is inexpensive compared to the prices in France: we did a scrub, Hamam and massage: Jamel, the spa manager, is very friendly and the masseuses are very talented.
However, this space would also need to be reviewed in terms of hygiene and renovation.

The reception staff are quite impersonal and expeditious, apart from the lady who is very welcoming and warm.

Concerning the excursions, we did not go through the hotel but through Momo, the gentleman with the dromedaries on the beach: we did three great excursions at a very reasonable price: pirate boat / city tour and 4x4 day in the desert, chenini and Tataouine.
And Momo was our best encounter of the stay (a big kiss to Pikachu the baby camel), and a hello to Sami and Sabri (aka Pascal) our two great guides
drivers.

The beach is right next door and pleasant.

It is certain that we will return to Tunisia but we do not yet know if we will use this hotel again

Large complex that remains on a human scale. Large comfortable room bay window quite soundproof. Cleanliness everywhere, the staff constantly rotates and ensures that nothing drags on or gets dirty. The green spaces are very well maintained. Diverse and quality catering up to the bread made on site, the raw materials are fresh there is something for all tastes. A real snack all afternoon both sweet and savoury. Water fountain available everywhere and ice cubes are filtered. Almost direct access to the beach with Lunch included in the all in. Leader staff but a little cold, animation to completely rethink. No real Things to do only an endless succession of choreographies to reproduce every day. For excursions a problem of organization at once everything is flown at load steps. Things to do, like quad biking, are much cheaper outside just cross the street.

The hotel is generally OK. The decor of the rooms needs to be reviewed, especially the bathroom. When I arrived, the balcony was dirty with bird droppings and a black trash bag tied to the railing to scare them away (the birds, not me!)
On the other hand, the catering is very good, the dishes are a little spicy, but there is a lot of choice. In addition, the catering staff and bar servers are very professional and respectful. A big thank you to Khaled (outdoor room) for his kindness. On the other hand, the reception staff are not at all friendly and do not take requests into account (opening the safe). Was the trunk never opened or was it broken! The Fram person is indeed not friendly, especially with people who do not buy services.
The beach is clean, but not always reserved for hotel guests since the clients of the Sunset bar are sometimes installed on the deckchairs... so there is sometimes a lot of noise and the music is sometimes much too loud.
Despite these small inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay.

We have just returned from a week in this hotel with our 3-year-old daughter. The photos are well representative of this hotel the staff is adorable both in catering and at the reception.

The entertainment service is top evening all theme evenings and the day bcp dance/water aerobics/ aperitif games. There could be a few more sports games knowing that there is a tennis and beach volleyball field within the park. Thank you to the facilitators for always being friendly and smiling 😄

The outdoor pool is unheated so freezing but the indoor pool is at good temperature our daughter could swim there without worries.

The SPA: I did two 50 min massages for 25 euros per unit the masseuses are pretty good.

Catering: quality and quite varied food, a Tunisian evening with their specialties and you also have the right to dine in the hotel restaurant once free during your stay.

Regarding taxis near the hotel I highly recommend Adri taxi (it also transfers airport / hotel for 10 euros) the prices are very affordable and the drivers are on time. You can contact him on Whatsapp: +216 95 791 007 and you can pay in euros.

Room: bedding to be reviewed but clean overall and passage of housekeepers daily.

The beach is pretty nice with the bar at the foot of the umbrellas.

Pleasantly surprised by Tunisia we will return without problem.

A hotel that should have been four stars a long time ago, it was absolutely not worth it. Everything was economical in average condition with more than questionable cleanliness, even in terms of the clothing of the service staff (room and dining room)...

Our room with its simplistic decoration of short and threadbare sheets, a dilapidated bathroom equipped with more than worn towels with a whiteness lost for a long time, the staff could not replace the towels, we had to wait until the end of the day, which they are washed to recover them.
A leak in the toilet which, despite four reminders to reception, was never repaired…
The joints of the bathtub and walls had black mold…

An untasty food, often much overcooked, too repetitive (chicken, chicken, chicken) to forget as it was so unoriginal and of poor quality. The wait staff was unfriendly and even unpleasant, they did not clear the tables, to have a glass of wine we had to move!…

The beach was not maintained at all, littered with cigarette butts and various rubbish, during our fifteen days of presence there we found the same dirty child's diaper lying around every morning and which was never picked up.
The filthy deckchairs and cushions, a few coffee tables which unfortunately were not cleaned.
The large and beautiful swimming pool raised the bar but the blaring music in the morning made it difficult to relax…
Finally, only the garden benefited from regular maintenance.

I almost forgot the spa which is also suitable, to forget very quickly, changing rooms equipped with broken lockers, worn and damp bathrobes more gray than white, a poorly maintained hammam (unpleasant smell).
The aesthetic treatments partially done, according to the mood of the performers who chatted among themselves out loud during the so-called relaxing treatments.
The blonde woman at reception was notoriously incorrect, pedantic and contemptuous with both customers and staff…
The staff shouted more than they spoke, we probably hadn't told them that there were customers...
Pricing that was done at the “customer’s discretion”, everything was negotiable…

The store is to be avoided, the prices are overvalued, for example: a simple polo shirt was offered at 70 dinars when in the souks of Midoun or Oumt Souk it is sold for 30 dinars…
The price of packs of cigarettes changes depending on the person at the checkout!

I have just returned from holiday beach in Djerba, I am happy with this hotel, we had a beautiful large room, terrace overlooking the swimming pool, very clean, contrary to some comments. The food was varied and plentiful, although I am picky, both in the morning and at other meals, the water was free in the large bottle from the dispenser, which saved us from paying for an individual bottle. Nice clean swimming pool with plenty of mattresses. On the beach there are also straw mattresses and parasols, the sand is fine and clean on the hotel beach, the sea is very blue except when there were the waves which brought the algae. I swam at the beach next to it which had less seaweed, but it depends on the wind depending on which side it blows. I had a lot of fun in the waves. The animators are nice except that the entertainment is meh! Not good in the evening, it's basic and childish for adults. The Tunisian show on the last evening was good. We went quad biking with a store further away and the course was great, well, don't look at the plastics lying around, otherwise the course was good. I will go back there. The staff is friendly except the reception.

We went to the Holyday Beach Hotel 2 years ago. We met Momo there with her camels along the beach.
We decided to come back to the same club to see Momo again with whom we are friends now. He is adorable, attentive, very patient, generous, a golden person.
This year, he organized horse rides for us, quad biking with a unique guide for 3, the desert express with the guide Magid who is at the top, jet sky, we revisited the farm where he works. He showed us the milking of camels, tasting of hot milk, benefits of aloe vera. He also found palm tree shoots for us and recommended very good typical restaurants at unbeatable prices.
Don't hesitate to go and meet him, you can trust him completely. You won't find such good prices for your excursions anywhere else.
In short Momo, we love you very much and we will come back to the club or to Djerba just to see you.

Strong point: the entertainment team... Dynamic, caring...
Reception: smiling, pleasant, helpful
Catering: choice of dishes, and varied desserts prepared with taste and lovely presentation, ice creams, attentive and always smiling staff.
SPA to highly recommend quality service and a more than reasonable price.
The cleaning staff, always active and friendly, satisfied the sometimes demanding customers.
I recommend and go back in June
