Wonderful place 2 steps from one of the most beautiful and peaceful beach on the island, 8 bungalow with local architecture, all wood, very well decorated, high qualty bedding and shower, lovely terrace with jacuzzi. Note that most hotels are on the other side of the road while heliconia has direct access to the beach. The whole is managed by Maryvonne, divine, kind and very thoughtful. The best host! The villa has been prepared for our baby (high chair, pool barrier, cot). A great attention was brought to us throughout the stay. Kayak and barbecue available for free. On the other hand, absolutely avoid the boat excursions via Holiday charter which totally miss their safety obligations, not hesitating to maintain the excursion by storm. We risked our lives because of this agency.

A quaint little villa in the perfect location! Close to restaurants, stores, dive shops, and right on the most beautiful beach! The villa was clean and spacious, the dipping pool a nice treat before and after a hot day in the sun! The ladies in reception were so helpful and friendly, kayaks available anytime you wanted, and good WiFi! I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in Praslin!

All had been optimal: the weather, the accommodation, the service and the environment. The "villa" (actually a bungalow) had been a few meters from the beach. There had been hardly anywhere on the beach, where you could walk for miles. Six canoes also had been available free of charge. The resort manageress had been extremely helpful and friendly. about five restarants and two supermarkets are a few minutes beach walk away. The only disappointment we had is that the restaurants, although very appealing, only serve moderate tasty food. Seafood choice had been very limited and not in line with our expectations for an island teeming with a large variety of fish. the plunge pool greatly enhanced our pleasures when sipping sun downers.

We stayed for three nights in April. The bungalows and location is great. Very spacious and quite. The plunge pool was a great hit with our four-year olds in the heat. But what makes this place excellent and made it one of the best service experiences we have had was our host - Hazel She greeted us with big smiles and a thorough introduction to the site and the island. She made arrangements in regards to car rental and reservations. Most importantly she had great empathy towards our situation, as we were travelling with a boy with a very hefty case of chickenpox. On the day of depature, she made sure, we were allowed to fly, by taking contact to the local airport and after checkout she had arranged for us to have another bungalow where we could stay for free for the rest of the day, as we had an evening flight. Thank you so much for helping us in a challenging situation. Can't recommend this place enough.

Perfect Getaway for Couples & Friends who want to relax. The accommodations are very well thought out with all the amenities you would want for a small self-catering villa & a stones throw from an excellent beach. Super safe for all as the beach water has not little drop offs & goes out very gently on a constantly flat bottome ideal for small children as well if there's no waves. Free kayaks usage. Serviced daily. Reception staff very welcoming & helpful. We would certainly recommend & not hesitate to return. The owners obviously spent a lot of time thinking it out & it shows.
