Upon arrival, we were greeted with an extremely warm welcome by Villa Manager Daniella. She truly made our 24 days a better one. Each day she physically checked in with us to ensure our expectations were not only met but exceeded, which they were. Daniella loves her job and it shows!! Thank you, my friend!! We were privileged to stay at Villa 360. This 4 bedroom beautifully and artistically appointed residence (thanks to the owner Robert who selects everything at Le Duc Praslin with thoughtfulness) is beyond incredible! The living area is modern, beautiful and separate from the bedrooms. My husband loves to cook and did so each evening. The kitchen proved to be very well equipped and our butlers Pradeep and "M" went out of their way to provide us with fresh fish and anything else we needed. These two gentlemen are gracious, professional and obviously take great pride in keeping this villa in tip-top shape. They were always just a "text a-way". Thank you, Pradeep for making Don's birthday special! Thank you to the kitchen for baking a lovely and yummy cake!! Private pool-thank you to our pool gentlemen! Very spacious pool with a jungle view; incredible lounging furniture, outdoor shower, and enclosed bathroom. Once again Robert (owner) has impeccable attention to detail. Enter the separate 2 story four bedroom area each with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, indoor and outdoor shower, outdoor tub (2/4 bathrooms) and top each off with a gorgeous balcony with furniture you sink into as you soak up ocean views from the front of the villa and jungle views from the other side of the villa! It gets better....can you say PRIVATE GYM??? This was the icing on the cake for me. The rooftop terrace contains a glass-enclosed beautifully equipped gym, whirlpool tub, multiple groupings of lounging furniture. Heaven on earth!!!! Finally thank you to the lovely ladies at the reception desk who greeted us every morning as we came for breakfast, thank you to the chefs who also greeted us warmly each morning and the wait staff who was always there as we enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast. Thank you to the villa security personnel who always made a point of waving to us. The staff truly is the best. Robert-your taste in designing and decorating is reflective of your love of nature. Thank you, everyone, for a once in a lifetime experience!! Don and Beth Zieman

We had the pleasure of staying here with my family of four over Christmas for two nights. After traveling for two days and arriving early, we were warmly greeted by Daniella and quickly settled in. Its just a short hop to one of the most picture perfect beaches, Anse Volbert. Our room was very large and quite comfortable and a spacious porch. There is a bit of construction going on, and the owner is very hands on. We stayed in the old section, and I must admit, I was jealous of the new part, but we never saw the rooms. We had Christmas dinner at the hotel and it was lovely. My husband lost his cell phone along Anse Volbert at night, and everyone was very helpful, especially at the Cafe des Artes. Unfortunately, it wasn't recovered. If anyone finds it, please contact me. Every morning there was a very nice and tasty buffet. Prior to our stay, I had emailed with Eustacia and she was helpful securing reservations for me. The only negative thing I would mention is that the plumbing has issues. Other than that, fantastic and comfortable stay!!

Thank you for your five star review of our hotel. The owner, myself along with all the staff are very appreciative of your comments. We hope to welcome you back so that you may try out our new wing of the hotel which is now well and truly finished. We are sorry that you lost your phone but we did look for it quite extensively and if it is ever picked up we will be in touch of course. Please could you send us an email to elaborate a little on the plumbing issues as we'd love to know what they might be. Tropical regards from Sunny Praslin, Peter

We visited Seychelles for 5 nights - 3 nights in Mahe and 2 nights in Praslin. Stayed at Villa 270 of Le Duc de. It was out of the world experience at the villa, and unbelievable hospitality by the hotel, especially Daniella. The villa is simply mind blowing, with luxury rooms and breath-taking view, and awesome infinity pool. Hotel and especially Daniella were so flexible and hospitable that we got everything that we asked for, at any time of the stay. They even customized the breakfast for both mornings, especially for our group. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Praslin. The beach at the hotel is so pretty as well.

Very nice hotel, large clean rooms, with character, the owner seems to be constantly upgrading things so this place is only getting better, service staff were very friendly (especially at the reception). The beach is stunning, water clear, and the new wing which was recently complete has an great infinity pool. We really enjoyed the dinner buffets, surprisingly the salad bar was one of the major highlights, with multiple varieties of interesting and unique salad concoctions. The super friendly Lalith was responsible for this, we appreciated his attention to detail and amazing service. The bar service was good, I'd like to especially acknowledge Ruwan who was extremely friendly and offer great service at the bar. Although we had an overall good stay, I would like to point out areas for improvement: - There was no replacement of complementary water in the room (just two small bottles in the beginning), which is a common courtesy most hotels provide to guests. - The service could improve, although staff were very friendly, at dinner we often felt the service was very quick and rushed, despite it not being very busy. After dinner we were brought the check without asking for it- still drinking wine and not wrapped up, this happened twice. - Dinner seating is pre- assigned for your whole stay, unless you choose a different table one day in advance from whatever is left unassigned. This was different from what we have ever experienced- it should be first come first serve. - What we found a little petty was despite spending over $1,500 at the hotel when we checked out in the morning after breakfast, two water bottles that we ordered at breakfast were not added to the final bill at checkout (despite us telling the waitress to do so). We weren't aware, and left the hotel without paying for these two bottles of water. When we reached the check- in desk at the airport the hotel called the checkin attendant for our domestic flight to request for the money for these two bottles. We found this very petty considering we spent 3 nights and spent a considerable amount of money, despite this the hotel were not willing to offer 2 complementary bottles of water. All in all, these are minor areas for improvement, the staff were very warm and friendly, the hotel was great, especially the new wing looks phenomenal and we would certainly be back :)

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our hotel. We are very happy to read that you had a great stay with us and we have taken note of your suggestions for improvement. Infact since your departure we have actually started to put two small bottles of water per day in all the rooms as this was a common point that many guests have advised us about. We are sorry to hear about you being rushed at dinner time and I have already brought this up with the F&B department. You are perfectly correct in mentioning about the staff chasing you at the airport to settle two bottles of water. This is indeed very petty and the member of staff that did it has been reprimanded over it. We really appreciate your comments as this is the perfect way for us to learn where we went wrong and improve ourselves. We look forward to having you back soon, perhaps in our new ocean wing this time round. Tropical greetings from our island in the sun, Peter
