NUMBER OF ROOMS
Our stay at the Paradise Sun hotel exceeded all expectations. Attentative staff welcomed us upon arrival and made sure that our room was ready and got our luggage to the room right away. Our room was on the first floor and was overlooking the hotel garden and the sea. The room had a private balcony with deck chairs and plenty of room - a perfect spot for a before dinner dring. The restaurant was next to the pool and served excellent food both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful and deserve a lot of praise for the relaxed and cosy atmosphere and their excelent service. Unfortunately, the hotel had experienced a very high tide that had ruined their beach restaurant which was under restoration while we were there. It was obvious that our restaurant experiences would have been even better if that restaurant had been up and running - but all in all that didn't ruin our holiday in any way. The sea and the beautiful views could still be experienced from the large number of beach loungers along the shore and cafe tables :) Highly recommendable <3…
For our honeymoon we stayed for 9 days in the Paradise sun hotel. The experience was incredibly positive. The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean, efficient, really organized and with high quality food. You can easily organize excursions by boat and they have every day lots of activities for the guests well organized and super fun. All this is made even more beautiful by the staff that is always smiling and ready to help. We would like to point out Iyanda, Girly and Reginald that with their positive attitude and their smiles made our stay even more perfect. Last but not least we need to spent some words on John who’s a point of reference for all the guests, well prepared, always present and a really lovely person. This resort is absolutely recommended!
My fiancé and i recently stayed at this hotel in late November/start of December. It’s important to point out that the hotel suffered some flooding from the sea prior to our stay due to bad weather. As a result the beach bar/restaurant and some of the gardens suffered significant damage and is closed for the forseeable future pending repairs. Although this was dissapointing, the hotel offered us complimentary lunch for the duration of our stay (we were only due to be half board) which we both thought was a nice gesture in spite of the fact they had no control over the weather. The hotel itself is situated at the end of a beautiful, pristine beach. The rooms were clean and well kept by the house keeping staff and the porch area was perfect for relaxing with a drink. The food each night was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the BBQ evenings. The main stand out for us with this hotel were just how fantastic the staff were. Lubabalo in particular was superb and really made the extra effort to make our stay that extra bit special, we could not speak highly enough of him. But in addition, all the other staff from South Africa, to Ivan the food and beverage manager, to John taking care of the water sports and excursions, to the housekeeping staff, they were all faultless. Overall we found this to be a fantastic resort and would love to return one day. Thank you Paradise Sun.…
We spent our honeymoon/family vacay here and we have only positive comments to say. The place was beautiful, our room was always clean, service was excellent and the food was great. The beach itself was beautiful and peaceful. We liked it a lot and we had such a good stay in here! I would recommend to visit National Park in Praslin (15-20 min by taxi from the hotel) while your stay, it was worth to see. Seychelles overall was a perfect destination for us to spend our honeymoon and we would definitely go back.
We absolutely loved it here. We arrived very late (11:30pm) only to be greeted by friendly staff waiting up for us with welcome drink. They gave us some snacks/dinner in the room due to us ariving so late and was very nice. The hotel is located on a stunning beach with really soft sand. There’s a bus stop conveniently located next to the hotel and, for a few rupees you can access many of the destination sites. You could also make use of local travel agencies to rent a car or book yourself an excursion. We made use Masons Travel, but there are others like Creole and 7 Degrees South. What make this hotel so amazing is the staff, I must give a special shout out to John, the entertainment manager, who arranged personalized excursions at very good prices. I mentioned what I had in mind and he arranged a private boat (which I shared with a really nice couple) with a local skipper who took us to various islands. I had an awesome experience – so nice to have the excursion tailored to what you want. I recommend checking in with John first for a “local” experience. Thanks Ross (GM) and your team for making all our dreams come true. I highly recommend the hotel and have no hesitations returning.…
