Stayed here in September for one week, thank goodness it was not two! Location is lovely, in Koukounaries, opposite a lake set in a protected area. Hotel is set in lovely grounds with a beautiful little chapel there, which is open all day every day. Very easy to get the local bus nearby, which runs every fifteen minutes to Skiathos...

We loved the muses. The gardens were really well looked after, our room overlooked the lovely little chapel. I really liked the pool area as a shade lover I was nearly always able to find some. Love Skiathos as it is so easy to get about by bus. Lovely beach up and over the hill and some fantastic looking beaches...

I woke up on my 6th day and was delighted to have had a reasonable nights sleep! The other nights where awful! The most uncomfortable beds ever. Overpriced average food and extremely overpriced drinks.. real shame as the place itself is lovely, also when it's really hot weather (which it invariably is) a fridge should be standard issue, not €21...

We booked Muses with our eyes wide open, having read the reviews on here, but the package was so cheap we decided to take punt. The hotel has lots going for it, but the main issue is that a hotel is about it's rooms, and here it falls down. Rooms are quite large, but very dated. Beds are hard and...

We stayed at the Muses hotel in June this year (2016) but I have waited to put my review on until I booked for next year. I would have been horrified if it was fully booked and I couldn't go back! Muses Hotel is based next to Koukounaries beach (the best beach on the island in my opinion) and probably...

Very very basic needs a complete update but clean, staff excellent. Good location for the beaches and lovely walks through the pine forest to the north side of the island and its beaches. Fridges are to hire 3euros a day !!! No hairdryers in rooms. No variety for breakfasts.

Good place for relaxing and enjoying the Greek atmosphere, near some lovely beaches....Very friendly staff who are hard working and really helpful. Quiet location, i would recommend a moped if you want to see more of the island, however there are regular buses though.

Having studied the reviews, this hotel was just as expected. Set in a perfect location for beach or walking, the staff at the Muses made our family holiday a memorable one. Such a warm welcome and friendly service always with a smile. OK, so the rooms are a little tired, but this did not spoil our stay. We all said...
